Civil Aviation Star Hotel (Nanjing Lukou International Airport)

This is not one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I have taken a taxi for more than 100 years. There are no people around and there is no food. The sanitation is very poor and dirty. The facilities are very broken. The water is not hot after being left for half an hour. I can’t take a shower, because I believe that Ctrip chose this hotel, but it’s really not as good as the twenty yuan on the side of the road. I’m so disappointed with Ctrip! A terrible experience

The next morning I arrived at the lobby at six o'clock in the morning, and was told by another woman that the car had gone, but I saw that the van I had picked up from the airport last night was at the door! It’s not the first time I booked your hotel, I hope you really have other cars.. Then I told the front desk that the car will be sent back to us. She said no, I want to send it at 7 o’clock, saying that you can’t take a taxi by yourself .. The first time I met such a hotel! We were staying at another hotel at the airport two days ago. No matter what time it was, we told the front desk that we were going to the airport and it was delivered immediately. And this hotel, I don’t know if it’s for fuel saving or what, it’s enough for one car. The talent was willing to leave. The pick-up was also the case the night before. I went around the airport a lot and picked up three people. I was still here at 11 o'clock in the evening. I could get to the hotel in a few minutes. The driver just went around the airport. It took more than 20 minutes to get back to the hotel after the car was full! The experience is extremely bad, and the service attitude is very bad! The driver still said bad things about other customers in front of us in the car...

Although it is remote, it is close to the airport and there is a pick-up and drop-off service, which can guarantee a quick arrival to the airport. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the facilities cannot be said to be very tall, but on the whole it is okay, the room feels a little damp. Generally speaking, in the vicinity of Nanjing Airport, except for those expensive and dying high-end hotels, the accommodation provided at this price is really affordable.

已經很多次入住了，每次都很滿意。到機場一個電話就來接了，入住時約好第二天走的時間，準時送到地鐵站或者機場。衞生也挺好的，服務到位，是在一個院子裏面很安靜

環境非常棒，性價比特別高，機場還包接送，今天早上去機場我身份證掉酒店裡了，老闆幫我送過來趕上了飛機，真的非常不錯
