The overall environment is very good, but the decoration is a bit old-fashioned. Because there are many people during the Chinese New Year, we brought our eight-month-old child with us. When we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon, there was no room and we had to wait for an hour. The child needed to change diapers and feed milk in a hurry. It kept making trouble, so the front desk specially changed us to a suite. We are also very grateful to the front desk for helping us solve the problem in time!

A huge shout out to Ms. Vicky Dang at the lobby area for her great efforts, warm hospitality and going the extra mile. She went above snd beyond to ensure we had a great stay at the Westin 💜 Great location: near a shopping centre, sightseeing spots (Nanjing City Wall), local stores and can hail a taxi with ease. Facilities: loved the pool, sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, state of the art gym and in house spa should you need any treatments after exploring Nanjing. Overall: Friendly staff members who are proficient in English, fast check in, plenty of breakfast options, stunning views. Highly recommend The Westin 🇨🇳🥰

Had a great stay at Jinling hotel. Checked in on my birthday and a cake was sent out to my room by the manager, Emery. The breakfast buffet have a wide variety and my family loves the selection. The staff were all attentive and friendly. 金海湾的颜骏杨和linda服务非常好👍
Hilton Nanjing Riverside

Hexi/Golden Eagle World/Wanda Plaza
It’s a 3.5 star hotel…. room is great: clean, view (if you upgrade), balcony, huge bathroom, good bed, furnitures well-maintained. When it comes to culinary, it’s a big disasters: room service menu… no breakfast options, no drink options (except 2 local wines, not even soft drinks or water), no restaurants are having any normal drinks and very tiny food selection. Executive Club no need to pay for… even a airport lounge is doing much better. WaiMai only way to eat at such beautiful venue. It’s really a shame. Hopefully Hilton is reviewing this property and get it back on track. Really beautiful venue. Staff also very nice, just efforts from the General Manager is missing. Will not come back but would recommend for the rooms and view.

This was my first business trip to Nanjing since Covid began three years ago. It was such a treat to be welcomed back by such great professionals. The front desk staff Jessica Qiao was amazing recognizing me for my loyalty and treating me excellent service! David Ding on the Club Floor was also fantastic! Very pleased with my stay.

The location is a bit away from metro station and there are a lot of construction around. The rooms are big and the swimming pool is very nice and well serviced. Breakfast is ok but one coffee machine working was not enough for all. The room service was fast and good. The concierge was amazing very helpful and attentive. Their English is very good. It is worth the money. Thanks Sofitel.
