Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

The hotel is strategically located, convenient to play, smart toilet in the room, capsule coffee machine is very good. Ms. Wang Qian at the front desk was enthusiastic and professional. We stayed for another two days. We were catching up with the snow that we had encountered in Nanchang for decades and had a snowball fight with the children for a while. At noon, I went to the top floor of Wushang to eat Shilin Shi Yungui cuisine. I went to the rope tower on Tuesday. I recommend going at 4 pm. I can experience the night view before closing at 6 pm. Then I went to Jewelry Street to experience snacks and visited Wanshou Palace again. Family outings are recommended to live here, an afternoon tour of Tengwang Pavilion and a 7:40 cruise in the evening, enough to meet the needs of punching in.

I was unlucky. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was unable to heat the room at first, and it became colder and colder. Fortunately, the maintenance man did not have a holiday during the Spring Festival and fixed it. Then, the room generally feels older, some furniture is broken, the TV has a lot of snowflakes, and the screen has broken edges. The master said that snowflakes in this situation are normal...😅 Then I discovered that there was a door in the room, which turned out to be connected to the next room. I checked repeatedly to confirm that it was locked, and then I felt relieved. However, when I slept in the next room at night, I realized how good the sound insulation was... I could hear a sneeze clearly, so I knew that the young man next door was chatting until two in the morning...😂 The overall feeling is very outdated. Fortunately, the service requests I made were responded to quickly. The guy pushing the luggage trolley helped me deliver my luggage to the parking lot on the first floor👍 Finally, I have to confirm that the set menu at their Chinese restaurant 198 is good value for money, and the view on the 56th floor is great👍

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!
