Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and enthusiastic to help us in any way. The Buffett breakfast is a must and I would recommend to go early and get a space in the open air section. Getting an Auto Rickshaw outside the hotel could be frustrating as the drivers charge a flat 20 rupees per passenger when it should be with the meter at Rupees 23 starting rate with Max 3 to sit in the Auto Rickshaw. Otherwise get an UBER premium which could cost you Rupees 200 for a ride of about 20 mins. I had a great stay at the hotel. Will return again.

Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

I had book the basic room as the deluxe one was not available. During check in I was told that since the basic rooms are full I will be upgraded to the deluxe one for one night. The room is awesome.... Really spacious, well lit and very well designed. Double coat bed, 5 seater sofa set and a coffee table, a writing desk and chair... The room had enough space to play football. So huge it is... When I enquired whether I can continue the next day too in the same room by paying the additional amount. They said, ”yes” and ”no extra payment”. Awesome service. Loved it altogether. The washroom too is spacious, stylishly made and kept tidy... Hats off to the reception staffs. Always had a smile on their face and ready to serve the customers. My first time in OYO.... Highly recommend this place.... Will be back here soon.... Will be here whenever in mumbai 👍🏼

Me and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.
