If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice.
Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈；
環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜
服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

Special mention for F&B manager - Rasikta for going above and beyond to ensure the guests are not only taken care of during their stay in the property but also for her on-point restaurant recommendations off the property. Our stay in Goa, was elevated a notch higher owing to her hospitality. A notable mention for Ms Rutuja too, who ensured proactive execution and prompt corrections to errors by other team members. Hotel is well located and value for money.

Good in parts and not-so-good in parts, Hyatt Centric Juhu's positives include prompt and warm staff members & a good location. The rooms, while comfortable, lack finesse. The "feel" is that of a congested property located in a crowded area rather than that of an oasis of comfort that you expect from a Hyatt property.
