定了三個晚上的住宿，整體來説店長處理問題真的很及時，執行力超強，走之前沒能親口説聲謝謝，真的必須要給個好評！！！ 第一晚空調原因基本不出風，被子又厚搞得一晚上沒怎麼睡，早晨出門前給前台説了，估計前台忘了，晚上九點回去空調還是那樣。立馬打電話給前台派人處理。處理了半小時左右還是沒好，我想着不行就先將就一晚，明天有房再換，結果沒多久，就看到一個身穿西裝的男人進來了，給我們道歉並安排我們換房間，親力親為，房卡送上門，行李幫我們拎，有一説一，真的服務很不錯！ 換房間後因為房間朝向不一樣，整體房間的舒適感沒有那麼好。所以感覺是否降標，給前台打電話前台説沒有。後來懶得折騰，因為開了七八個小時山路真的很累，想着明早再換房間了，也給前台説了這個訴求及心理上的不適。沒想到第二晚又是因為空調的異響搞得又一晚沒睡好…… 第二天早上正在給前台説情況的時候，店長不知道什麼時候冒出來了，我們就很直接的説了我們的訴求。我要換房間，朝向與第一晚一樣，空調一定要保證正常無異響。住三晚每天都換房間，而且我家先生因為睡不好眼睛都腫了。還是挺難受的。後來晚上回到房間，看到房間空調調的温度很合適，也無異響，並給我們準備了水果拼盤。 整體而言，酒店確實是木裏條件最好的。但必須給店長十分好評，用我們家先生話來説，他就是那個不知從什麼地方鑽出來的執行力超強的人，很給力！
