Nice hotel. Great service by the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful at all times. The breakfast was good. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. Lots of fresh fruit, and make your own pancakes and juice were the bonuses. The dining room is really nice. Our room was very clean. The room was a bit small (it did not feel like 19 meters) and the bed and pillows were too hard for our taste. There were plenty of outlets and usb connection by the bed to charge the phone. Except for the closet, there is no storage at all in the room. Not a single drawer. Difficult to manage if you are there a few nights and want to unpack your stuff. The bathroom was very good, with good water pressure. Wifi was excellent which was very important to us. There is a small gym with several machines. Very clean with towels and water. Several bus lines around. The tram is right outside the hotel. It is a long ride to the center of town, at least 35 minutes. But the 14 seemed to stop almost everywhere we needed. There is a very nice mall a 3-minute walk away and several good restaurants. The hotel recommended a restaurant to us that we enjoyed. All in all a good experience and worth the price we paid.

This is my second time at Hotel Tocq, there’s no better recommendation than that. The location is great, near Garibaldi station so not far from the central station either but in a much nicer and safer area. Well connected with metro, tram and suburban train. Walking distance to a lot of nice areas. The breakfast buffet is rich, it has a lot of savoury and sweet options and also caters to vegans and lactose intolerant. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I would only improve on some things included in the room: -the slippers (there’s always one pair instead of two, but they will give you the other if requested); -there’s no where to put the soap so maybe a hand soap dispenser would be better than the bar soap; - for lingerie stays it could be useful to have somewhere to store the clothes, am armoire or some drawers.

I will choose Vertical Experience Hotel every time I go to Milan! The attitude of the front desk staff is always as welcoming as ever. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite this time. The room has three balconies and exercise equipment for fitness. The bathroom is also super large, which is very suitable for friends to stay when traveling! Hotel estremamente molto caro per la categoria dello stesso. € 180,00 a notte sono letteralmente uno sproposito per un hotel di 3 stelle che tra l'altro si trova molto lontano dal centro specialmente se comparato a competitor diretti. Da Piazza Cavour all'hotel ho impiegato circa 35 minuti con il Tram numero 1 giusto per rendervi conto quanto questo hotel sia lontano dal centro. Colazione a buffet veramente scarsa oserei definirla da spilorci. Tutti prodotti industriali di bassissima qualità presi al discount Non è presente al buffet uno scaldavivande per mantenere i cibi sempre caldi. Di bacon neanche l'ombra. Era presente una frittata visibilmente di laboratorio e non fatta in casa messa su un piatto senza che la stessa si mantenesse sempre calda. All'atto del check-in ho fatto presente che la TV non funzionava bene ovvero il segnale di tanto in tanto scompare e che sarebbe stato necessario un intervento del tecnico. I canali vanno e vengono. Ho dovuto far presente altresì 2 volte al ricevimento che la cassaforte in camera non funzionava e che bisognava solo cambiare le batterie. Probabilmente in questo hotel non sanno cosa sia il passaggio di consegne tra il collega che termina il proprio turno di lavoro ed il collega che inizia il proprio turno. Sembra che il personale lavori non con passione per questo lavoro ma solo per prendere lo stipendio a fine mese. Lavorando in albergo noto subito questa tipologia di dipendenti. Da evitare assolutamente

This hotel is in a good location and the staff are very helpful and friendly, although those on reception are not always very fast (or their systems are unnecessarily complex). The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely garden for al fresco eating. The ladies on the breakfast team were brilliant; the men rather less so. (Why keep on clearing tables without a tray so you have to go back and forth three times as much, as well as it looking and being very unprofessional?) The hotel is quite dated and the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Our room had a small TV on a stand, which I haven't seen for ever, with no Sky or international channels as far as we could make out. They also don't appear to have enough housekeeping staff, as when we returned to our room at past 3pm, it still hadn't been cleaned. But the main problem was the group of Greek 16-year-olds who spent half the night (until near 3am on one night) rushing around, yelling, banging doors, etc. The person in charge of the group couldn't have cared less about this antisocial behaviour, and the hotel staff were far fewer than all the rowdy adolescents, so it was a losing battle. This ruined our stay, as well as that of many other ”normal” travellers.

It was a neighboring block where our room was on the 4th floor along with the other few more and the ”community kitchen” (which we didn't use or know to open because we were given keys with which we could not open anything (not known to do so) and we use the code provided on all doors to access the building and rooms). The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and clean. We found a restaurant to which we would be safe very close to the hotel ”Monopoli”. Rooms about 20min from the center walking, though very close to the metro stop ”Jerusalem” (for which they don't want to walk) though on the way you can find different places and sites to go to take something like ”La Buttiga Beer Room” in the entrance to the Chinese neighborhood. We enjoyed it great, and we rested what we could (because we didn't stop much) super well at Green Ribon. ¡ Thank you, boys!
