Hotels in San Siro, Milan

Me and my partner spent some time there. After leaving, we had forgotten a costly item at the hotel. Upon trying to reach them to retrieve said item, we were met with disinterest on their hand. We tried emails, calls and reaching out to them on social media, all to no avail. It's been a month since we haven't heard anything about said item, and we are honestly very dissapointed at how our situation was dealt with.

Was good to stay. Perfect location to visit San siro. I will visit again soon

A few years ago this was Mini Hotel Portello, very known among conventioneers heading to Milan Expo. Recently it has been acquired by B&B Hotels. Husband and myself spent there six days during our house renovation, we are very pleased about our staying. We got an updated room, spacious and bright, overlooking Via Silva; we were on third floor and never were annoyed by traffic nor by noise from street. There is storage space enough for an urban stay or short vacation, just one drawer though. Plenty of plugs for your devices, two chairs ( no sofa nor armchair - in Milan space is very precious!!). Bathroom was ample, well appointed, but a bit dated - very clean though. Room was serviced every day, I would say it was sparkling clean. We loved their buffet breakfast/so called ”Better than brunch”, they offer choices for everyone, gluten free and vegan included. The ”Sweet corner” had brioches,muffins, donuts and different cakes that were constantly replenished. At the ”Salty corner” we enjoyed Leerdammer and Brie cheese, assorted salami (Parma included) , scrambled eggs and wurstel. Of course there were freshly baked different kinds of bread, jam, Nutella, yoghurt and assorted cereals, milk , tea , a coffee machine (so so expresso for us Italians!!) and fresh orange juice. Definitely that good breakfast display can keep you going until dinner time!! B&B offers also a small bar and ”shop” with essentials such us ”forgotten” toiletries,bags of chips, shortbreads , sodas , bottles of water and, I believe, a few choices of wine. At walking distance - less than 5 minutes - there are two underground stations with different lines, you can reach Duomo square in twenty minutes! At walking distance,10 minutes, you can reach Citylife centre that offers many restaurants and various shops. A convenient supermarket is nearby as well. Highly reccomended

Very different kind of hotel. Very spacious and clean. Very good breakfast included. Overall excellent value for money. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and they even offer drop off and pick ups from local metro station.

Not the best hotel in the world, but certainly not the worst as some of the reviews suggest. Pretty much exactly what I’d expect from a budget hotel, in some ways even a little better. The room was a good size and clean and two of the three staff I met were really friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful including carrying my suitcase to the 4th floor (the other was fine, just not as good as those two). The room was pretty basic (no safe, no glasses) but was otherwise fine with good aircon and a nice enough view. The absence of a restaurant was no issue as there are so many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and throughout the city.

If you have never visited Milan, Italy, you might want to give it a thought. And if you do decide to go, consider staying at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Even though this hotel is located just inside a big city, it is surrounded by green spaces. Beautifully updated and decorated, refreshing, clean and pleasantly relaxing would be my description of this property. I especially enjoyed the views of the garden from the bar area. The staff at the hotel completes the perfect picture of an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the front desk by Francesco, till my departure seven days later, the staff went above and beyond to insure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Francesco for all your help, suggestions, kindness and for making me feel welcome. You are a dedicated and admirable person and I am delighted to see someone like you working in the tourism industry. In addition, I would like to recognize Fernando, who assisted me with my luggage, offered suggestions for things to do and places to visit and answered a multitude of tourist type questions. I appreciate your help, patience and your smile and wish you all the best in your future with the Sheraton. Conveniently located in the hotel, is a very nice bar and restaurant. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it isn’t. I ate at the hotel daily and most of the time I enjoyed my meal. Breakfast is outstanding and there are lots of good healthy choices. My advice to future visitors, give it a try ….. and when you do, say hello to Luca at the bar. Luca definitely does his best to make sure you get good service and I for one am thankful for his continued efforts to always give 100% to every guest, no matter how busy he is! I used the gym every day and the equipment and the view are the best you can imagine. I definitely appreciate the maintenance and housekeeping in this area of the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and there was always clean towels, water and cleaning wipes. Generally speaking, the housekeeping at the Sheraton Marriott San Siro is outstanding. Since I am a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott, I can assure you that I understand good housekeeping and this hotel has achieved a very high level of consistency in this area. Congratulations on a job well done. There are many helpful people who work at this hotel, unfortunately I can’t mention every person I came in contact with, but I do want to say thank you to Jessica at the front desk for her shopping suggestions. Most women all over the world appreciate good shopping advice and without Jessica’s suggestions I would have missed one the the best opportunities of my trip! Thanks so much Jessica, for taking the time and having the interest in helping me locate my favorite shopping area ever. I sincerely appreciate it. It is good to find such a hotel in Milan at this price. Although it is a little expensive, it is worth it. The rooms have been upgraded and the view is particularly good. I also helped park the car in the garage 100 years ago.

Due to work, I've stayed in lots of hotels, in different countries. This is the first time I really wanted to have more time in the hotel. Lovely indoor facilities of course. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. Next time..........

The location is normal, I feel that I can only take the bus. The 9-square-meter room for the temporary booking on the day, 90 euros is really expensive! There are not many breakfast categories, so much information can be evaluated.

This hotel is under renovation. When I checked in, it was around 2pm and desperately wanted to rest but the room was REALLY loud because construction was happening right outside of my room. It was ridiculously loud. I asked the front desk to change the room and the second room they gave me was a lot better. I personally do not understand why they charge you full price when the hotel is under construction. There should be some kind of advantages to customers when the hotel is going under construction.. The room was small and clean. It was clean but I can tell air wasn’t. The mattress was terrible also. Right side of the mattress was a bit sagging. It was obvious that the customers were sleeping on the right side of the mattress more often.. it was sagging on the right side. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and definitely would’ve moved if it was free cancellation. Front desk staffs were very friendly and supportive. However I do not see this hotel as 4 star hotel.
