I booking NON SMOKING ROOM, but they offer me SMOKING ROOM????? They said no more NON SMOKING ROOM!!! bed is comfortable but a flyer 🪰 inside??? OMG!! then bath MAT so dirty!!! I was complain and they are not good response!!!

We had a short overnight stay at D'Primahotel Kualanamu before an early flight to Denpasar.
I have to say I was super impressed with this hotel. Incredibly good value for money. The room was basic but clean, functional and with pretty much everything you might need for a short stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Because we arrived in the evening and left at 6am, we didn’t get to use the pool or the gym. Nor did we have time for breakfast. The pool looked excellent, and very clean. The gym looked basic, but enough for a quick workout. At this price, though, both were an unexpected bonus.
One thing - the hotel offers a two hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport. The 6am bus suited us perfectly. We reserved seats when we arrived, so it was a bit frustrating to have to wait until 6:15am. Reception waited until we checked out before they contacted the driver. It was already booked and they were expecting us, so it should’ve been waiting.
