酒店有風景的房型，馬山整個就在羣山之中，看風景很美。
酒店位置不錯，早餐也行，保持維也納一貫的水平。當時看了整個縣城，感覺這家維也納還不錯，對面就是超市，點外賣也方便。

服務和房間都非常棒，還有比較充足的免費停車位，地段也好找。有兩點需要注意，一是所有房間都朝街道，關閉窗户後，晚上還是時不時能聽到過路貨車的聲音，尤其是清晨。第二，需要強烈吐槽的是早餐，品種少，而且8點過就幾乎全冷了，還是剩的，不會添加。

酒店位於縣中心，很好找，地理位置離旅遊景點都挺近，交通便利，停車方便!停車場很大，還是免費停車場，有專門的人負責。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，一次性拖鞋杯子，洗刷用具都很齊全。前台服務態度非常不錯，很熱情，也親切，辦理入住很快，很熟練。房間乾淨衞生，整體看起來很温馨，房間香香的，説明通風效果好。床上用品洗的也很乾凈，床墊軟軟的，睡起來很舒服。有什麼需要，給前台打電話，都能解決!前台小姐姐還詳細的講解了無線網，早餐種類等!真的很好!

定的景觀套房，是維也納最貴的房間了，客廳的電視看不了，房間的電視看視頻竟然還要收費就很無語這種操作，大幾百的房間看電視竟然要收費你們酒店就差這20塊錢嗎？不會安裝聯網就能看的電視嗎，客户體驗非常差！以後不會再來住了！最差最差的是房間窗户非常不隔音，半夜馬路上很多大車經過，吵的不得了，根本睡不着，超級差評！！！
