房間非常舒適，服務非常熱情。到達的時候，前台接待已經在門口等候了，幫忙拿行李，遞熱毛巾。晚飯很可口，餐廳的小閔服務很周到。由於到達比較晚了，錯過了下午茶。小閔把下午茶安排到第二天上午。早餐也很豐盛，有自製的酸奶、鮮榨的西瓜汁，酒店自己做的青稞餅也很好吃。如美海拔衹有2650，是318網上很好的落腳點。酒店在瀾滄江邊上，房間陽台可以看到瀾滄江。

設施：設施齊全，用起來很舒服，雖然有點舊了，但是保養得很好。
衞生：衞生還是挺乾淨的，毛巾浴巾很白很柔軟。
環境：最近318修路所以周邊有點亂。酒店環境還是很好的，周邊吃飯的地方沒有，不過酒店的飯菜也不錯。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，幫忙搬運行李，介紹各種設施。酒店也有洗衣服務，方便很多。早餐不錯。最感動的是那天生日被發現了，送了哈達和小點心，雖然禮輕，但被那份細心感動，謝謝🙏

酒店依山傍水，佈置很有格調。服務非常周到，還準備了手工布鞋。晚餐味道很不錯，餐枱上還放着花園的小雛菊，氛圍感拉滿。總之非常完美的住宿體驗！
