The hotel is in the sports center. You can go to the swimming center and the professional trail by the lake to exercise. When you check in, you have upgraded to an American lake view room. There is an artificial lake outside the window. The service is the most satisfactory. , The room layout is reasonable, the service staff are professional and attentive, and a few notes make people feel like spring breeze. The elevator in the hotel does not have the usual notification sound, it is quiet, and the Yue Xiaoguan downstairs tastes good.

It's a cozy and warm place with an old-money feel. Although the room is not high-end, the details are just right. The objects in the corridor reflect the style of the ancient capital every second. It is adjacent to the backyard of Xiangshan Temple, but you cannot enter directly. There is a Tang suit in the lobby on the first floor that can be used for free for one day. 這次到洛陽本想體驗一下民宿，定了個四百多的民宿，到了才發現在城中村（攜程説是洛邑古城），馬上退訂，去了華美達，然後華美達週六滿房，衹好再換。網上搜到好一點的都滿房，看到這間新開店，沒有點評，定的時候還比較忐忑，怕新開業有味道，特意打電話過去問。前台説基本沒什麼味道的！入住體驗很不錯。裝修大氣不失典雅，服務員熱情不失親切。房間細節滿滿，洗漱用品為茱莉蔻，水吧免費，送的紅茶也很好喝，茶具也很美，感覺選品上花了很大心思。早餐偏西式，值得一提的是早餐的咖啡比絕大部分五星的都好喝。後悔衹定了一晚，希望下次有機會再來。唯一一點小遺憾：酒店煙囱排放口位置可能沒有設定好，在房間可以聞到菜香，開窗還稍有點吵。不過房間隔音比華美達好多了。早餐的牛肉湯再熱一點就好了！

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.
