A super wonderful experience. You can't drive into the ancient city. The hotel arranged for people to push human-powered tricycles to deliver all the luggage, large and small, to the room. At the same time, we guided our car to a convenient parking lot and paid for the parking fee. The overall decorative style is dark-toned old wood material. The wooden pillars in the hall and the wooden boards of the cabinets are full of cracks. The dim lighting has no light source anywhere. It is full of simple flavor, making people relax and rest unconsciously. The building is an inner courtyard, quiet and natural. The free accompanying bag includes a nail clipper set, sunscreen, etc. The rich afternoon tea was arranged by the window of the restaurant. All the service staff were enthusiastic and smiling, paying close attention to our needs. After dinner in the evening, we had a drink with my boyfriend in the front lobby. The lady at the front desk was afraid that we would be cold. Immediately bring blankets and shawls, turn on the heater, and close the door. Because we had to catch a flight early the next morning, the night shift receptionist helped us pack a rich breakfast at around 5 a.m., took out the souvenirs we had stored in the refrigerator, gave us a customized portable canvas bag from the hotel as a souvenir, and helped us push our luggage. When we arrived at the parking lot, it took us ten minutes to drive to the airport from the time we left the room. It was super efficient. The return ticket for the Spring Festival was booked without meals. I had a hot and hearty breakfast on the plane, which was very satisfying. Looking forward to staying at Anyu again!

Awesome homestay. Yunnan has lived in many homestays all the way. This is a popular homestay. The clerks are all smiling and welcoming. They will prepare good night milk for us at night. They will make it for the children. The sugar is super delicious. The room is also the best in the homestay, clean, clean, clean They are also very enthusiastic to help the washing machine to help dry the clothes when they come out. The children are deeply in love with this hotel, why do they refuse to leave the hotel that was booked before? You can play chess, feed the fish, walk the dog in the yard, Xiaochai gaga is so cute that the fragrance of washing is really wanting to take it directly. Choose to stay here because its a new 5stars hotel in the area. It is a really mixed feeling about this hotel. Let me list down the pros/cons. Pro: - right above lijiang ancient town - bed and duvet are super comfortable - they have bidet and heated floor!! 👍🏻 - room interior is beautiful and well equipped. So many free goodies. - the view from breakfast area is AMAZING. On good days You can see the mountain from there - their butler service is SUPER amazing! THANK U LI JIAHAO (and friends!!) for you excellent service during our stay. He is so fast, reliable and attentive. You all are the highlight of my stay in this hotel👍🏻 Cons: - its a physical challenge right from you get of your car. its above lijiang ancient town, so check in/out, go to ancient town or back to the hotel you have to climb/down stairsss. Travel with little kids or elderly? Avoid!! - unstable hot water for shower. The average weather was 1c during our stay, to shower with lukewarm water is a nightmare. - its a really small hotel more like guest house, and our room is near busy street that is very noisy! I can hear car honking even at midnight and as early at 6am😭. - breakfast is average - it was my birthday during my stay. The hotel did not give any attention at all, not even a birthday note, let alone a little cake. Our butler help my husband went buy cake late at night so I can have a little celebration 😅😅 - in my opinion it is more suitable to be called 4stars hotel. And price is too high I expect more benefits like any other 5stars hotels, yet other 5stars hotel price is 1/3 less (beside Amandayan obviously) compare to this hotel. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay. But will not return here for my next trip.

Exceeded expectations. Very new hotel, very clean, and high tech. Room size was good, toilet with automated wc. Do note, though, that the glass separating wc and shower is transparent; not convenient for 2 people to use at the same time. The location is in-between Black Dragon Lake and the Water Wheel - both within 5 mins walk. Service was very polite, with complimentary afternoon tea, fruits and pastry.

Located just on the south edge of ancient town. I much prefer this area as it is quiet and accessible by car, unlike most hotels in ancient town. Breakfast buffet is a welcome and served a variety of continental and chinese food. Get quite crowded at 9AM and typical China tourist behaviour can be expected. Golf carts sent and picked us up from our room, which is in a garden environment. I went in winter so the walks around the hotel were nice. Rooms are quite dated, albeit very clean. Some lights were either blown or flickering. Moisturiser container wasnt topped up but concierge responded quickly.
