It was pretty good. They are helpful. We had a issue with a room they given, after complaining they changed it immediately

Great location with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The queen room on the first floor was very spacious and a bonus was the sauna. The breakfast was disappointing, very crowed in a small space and no coffee! Washing machine for guest use was convenient. Service was poor, no response to messages and not very willing to help with transportation or answer questions.

地點優越，靠近忠義市場，比住北門來的方便和更多美食選擇。院內桃子樹結滿果實，可惜還沒能采。

這家客棧的服務真的超級超級超級好，小姐姐們都很好，特別是小蕊，從來之前詢問需不需要接機，到每天提供各式各樣的下午茶，臨走前還有伴手禮（因為今天很早就要出門，特意提前一天過來送，誠意滿滿）永遠會被真誠的人們所感動，也沒有要求任何好評，這種誠意店鋪，我自願來評價！下次還來這裏！

在麗江住的民宿很不錯，環境衞生服務都很好，小姐姐們也很熱心，來的時候管家會在附近的地點來接我們幫我們拿行李，入住之後小姐姐小蕊給我們送了水果，鮮花餅還有花果茶，都是當地的特色，晚上的時候還會送銀耳羹，房間裏缺什麼東西隨時給我們送到，去景點打卡也會給我們推薦好的去處。還有三層有個觀景台也可以看到雪山，民宿的自助早餐也是很不錯也很豐盛，什麼樣的都有，今天退房之前體驗了一下，真的很好。下次再來旅行的話或者朋友來我想我會推薦他家的。
