本人酒店住的多了，這家可以説衹值150以下的酒店檔次，牆紙臟亂差，隔音差，酒店洗漱用品用的最差的標準，拖鞋也是壞的，而且非常硬，房間有一股黴味，被子床單質量也差，不知道他們是怎麼給自己定價到300多去的？頂多是賓館的檔次

前台的服務是真的差，院子裏蚊子很多，泡個澡被咬了一身包，洗手池的水龍頭要用手扶着才能開出水來，馬桶又漏水。一次很不愉快的體驗

酒店客房整體很棒，入住舒適，温泉配套豐富，最讚的是小童水上樂園的水也是温泉水，照看孩子的同時還能泡温泉，也不擔心孩子會受涼，非常好的體驗

到了前台服務員態度不好，一問三不知，拿到房卡也沒告訴要怎麼走（我是訂了別墅區），自己提着包，行李走了一段路，進了別墅區域也沒看到服務員，還是告知大家還是不要住這裏，八百多的價格一點都不值得。

衞生太差，設施老舊，房間一股異味，床單潮濕粘乎乎的，環境偏遠。泡温泉倒是不錯。服務態度也還行。

房間地板上還有指甲，在床鋪插板附近，看樣子都沒有處理過，一進房間蚊子飛來飛去，空調還不冷，讓人很不舒服，一晚上都沒辦法睡覺。這麼熱的天，空調有聲音還不冷
