很温馨的酒店，泳池很大，衞生也很乾凈，酒店工作人員尤其熱情，服務體貼入微。董仲梅董大姐的笑容讓人如沐春風，小劉管家的專業幫我們解決了住宿難題，真心實意的為住客着想，酒店有這樣高素質的管理人員實屬幸運。山裡天氣温差大，還是要帶點厚衣服。大水無情，希望一切早日恢復正常

疫情前曾入住過這家酒店，時隔四年後再次來到酒店，環境、服務依然很好。酒店裡增添了小動物樂園，有孔雀、鴕鳥、小羊…，還有小型户外活動場地，帶孩子在酒店玩一天也不會寂寞。酒店外受去年水災影響道路泥濘不平整，自駕出遊一定注意人車安全。

酒店很大 能玩的地方很多 五一期間很多小朋友的活動 還有電影 孩子都很喜歡 附近還在重建中 估計暑假就能建好了 就有一點美中不足 晚上洗澡沒熱水了 不知道是不是因為人多熱水跟不上了

滑梯房真的超值！就這麼説孩子可以一天都不出房間各種玩滑梯😅朋友們已經開始躍躍欲試要帶娃來～ 現在來交通確實有些不方便，北京過來最方便的是自駕但是下了百里峽高速不是很好走，修路的大車經常會把路堵上，但是現在野三坡已經開始美了🥹 經過崎嶇坎坷的路再見到酒店感覺很驚喜，酒店服務人員都很熱情，雖然現在淡季服務人員沒有很多，但是有需要都能立刻響應立刻滿足，尤其要好好誇誇酒店管家李欣怡，很貼心，溝通很舒服，感覺在野三坡多了個朋友！ 細説滑梯房，二樓是個小閣樓感覺晚上可以看星空？住的那晚太累了沒上去看，我感覺陪小朋友爬了上百次二樓滑梯🤣但不得不説滑梯最後結束的部分離地有點高，不墊個枕頭屁股會摔痛！當然墊了枕頭有時也會因為枕頭會移位😇 房間沒有浴缸，但是樓下是水上樂園泳池一體，衹不過我們住的時候泳池還沒啟用，感覺夏天肯定超級好玩！已經開始期待夏天再來一次！ 因為小朋友對滑梯房情有獨鍾已經把北京周邊滑梯房研究了個遍，這個性價比最高！畢竟我定的時候不到七百🥰

服務到位，全程都是服務人員在幫忙抬行李，停車也非常方便，算是野三坡最好的酒店了，唯一不足就是電話沒有打通過，其他都好，還有一點就是燒烤比三亞五星酒店裡的都貴！早餐基本都是涼的！
