The worst accommodation experience. In a hotel at this price, checking into the room is like entering a guest house. When I checked in, the front desk informed me that the key card was broken and gave me a key🔑. I didn’t have enough tea. The waiter said that there would be an additional charge. The sound insulation was very poor. I could hear normal conversations in the next room. I listened to several people next door chatting about mountains and rivers all night. Press the light switch, breakfast has few varieties and poor service.

大年初一初二來這裏住了兩晚，非常的驚喜，相比於滇池等景點的人山人海，孩子們更願意在酒店大的院子裏面的餵魚，追鵝，看松鼠，實現孔雀自由，大人們享受着難得的安靜和放鬆，呼吸着春城春天的味道，古建築與周邊高樓相互襯託，歷史與現代的完美融合，英國女王下榻過的酒店就是與眾不同！

首先是位置，離地鐵近，離商業區和翠湖公園都不遠。賓館就是一個大花園，還是寧靜的私家花園。門口有保安會問是否住客，安全感滿滿。
花園裡有小松鼠，鴨子，黑天鵝，尤其有30多衹孔雀，還有白孔雀，看到了驕傲的孔雀開屏振翅向雌孔雀獻殷勤。早晨在花園裡漫步，有茶花，白梅花，玉蘭花各種各樣的花，清新美好。
房間大，陽光很好，坐在沙發上曬太陽很愜意。早餐的米線也好吃。推薦參加酒店的講解活動，參觀錦綉乾坤樓，大開眼界。
酒店門口的福熙樓是黑珍珠上榜餐廳，環境很好，推薦去嘗試。可惜咖啡廳沒開。

環境非常好，在鬧市區很難得有這麼一塊清靜之地，服務友善，早點品種可以再豐富一些，因為是老賓館了，設施偏老舊，房間比較整潔，但是樓道里還是有點黴味
