Expo Hotel

The environment is very good. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Xiao Yao and Xiao Liu. They helped us put our luggage in the room when we checked in. The breakfast is very good. I will stay at their house next time I come to Kunming. I highly recommend it.

It is five minutes away from the Expo Park. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car at the hotel and then go to the Expo Park. In the morning, you can also take a walk in the Expo Park as if it were your own garden. The hotel facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all good, and the breakfast is also very good.

It was a terrible trip. I forgot to take the watch charger (original) and the mobile phone charger (non-original) when I left. I realized I didn't take them after I drove to Fuxian Lake. I called the hotel and they said they had put them away. I drove back to get them. When I opened them to charge them at night, I found that the charging head of Strawberry Bear (original) was not there. I called the hotel and they said that their guest room was closed and asked me to go back the next morning. I called the room service this morning and told them the situation: the two charging plugs were connected to two wires and plugged into the wall (the Strawberry Bear watch was plugged in the water boiling position, and the mobile phone was plugged in the right bedside). The customer service said that he asked the room service and said that he didn't know why one was missing because he had taken all the things. The hotel lobby is very large and is very close to the Expo. In fact, our room had steps at the bottom which made it inconvenient to carry luggage and the room was not ventilated. The hotel's rice noodles are quite delicious.

It's very close to the Expo, just ten minutes away. The hotel facilities are grand, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and personally deliver the luggage to the room. There is also fruit and hot milk. Breakfast is rich and varied.
