The surroundings are very lively and convenient. There is also a washing machine, pots and bowls in the room. It is super convenient. The owner is very nice. I recommend a lot of fun and delicious food~~ I will definitely choose this place when I come to Kunming in the future~ like a home~

The landlord is very nice and welcoming. The homestay is also good. The sheets and covers are very clean and new. Downstairs is the pedestrian street food street. very convenient. I would like to make a little suggestion here. It is better to use disposable cups in the hotel. After all, many people have lived with disposable cups that are more hygienic. 房子位置好，離金馬坊很近，交通方便，房間整潔乾淨，洗衣機使用方法注意事項特別詳細，房間還特意準備了旅行功略，還有針線盒，真是細心又貼心，尤其要説一下房東小姐姐特別熱情，不但提前發了詳細位置，介紹昆明近期天氣情況，穿衣和旅行當中需要注意什麼，入住當天從飛機起飛開始就聯繫我們，告訴我們下飛機乘坐哪趟地鐵，如何找到入住地點，一直到我們入駐房間，全程提供支持，讓我們在異地感受到了家人般的温暖，介紹的特色美食相當的棒，昆明之旅有幸遇到小姐姐，是這次旅行最大的收穫，下次來昆明還住咱家。

空間寬敞，有外陽台可以晾衣服一晚上就晾乾了。周邊交通便利，到昆明站打車十分鐘就能到，房東熱情周到有問必答，還能提前寄存行李，小問題也很快解決，再來昆明還會考慮這裏的。

地理位置很好，步行六七分鐘就到塘子巷地鐵站，地鐵直達機場或者火車站。 街對面就是南強夜市，樓下還有家超級划算的水果店。
