A good budget hotel with breakfast included in the adjoining building. Quite good value at this price point. Good stay for hospital visit next door.

在這個酒店連續住了5天了，昨天續住的時候前台也並沒有説要一次續住幾天，早上還和前台説了還要住10幾天，前台人員也沒有告訴我説我住的房型沒有了，中午回去就開不開門了，就算退房也是2點，可是我也沒有説我要退，早上還給前台説過我還要住10多天，在攜程上硬是不能續住，前台竟然説線下可以幫我續住，前提是讓我加錢，這不明顯的坑人嗎？啥子破服務態度，要不是想着帶着長者孩子的，離醫院近，誰願意住這樣的酒店，真的是仗着別個困難，就這樣叼難人。真心不推薦大家入住，前台人員服務態度真心無力吐槽有多糟糕😰

之前定了一個大床房，到店前台説沒了，衹剩標間，退了以後加錢重新定了一個簡約大床，辦了入住上去以後發現是兩張床拼的，兩個床墊那種！電聯前台要求更換房間，被告知簡約大床就這樣。要換整張大床要加60，然後又加了60。188在昆明這個地段，同行可以甩聯勤幾條街了！不推薦！

酒店位置很好，環境服務各方面感覺都比其他連鎖酒店好很多，有停車場可以免費停車，很nice。酒店大氣優雅，前台服務很熱情周到，辦理入住很快，全程微笑着，感覺很親切。客房大姐見面也是很熱情的打招呼。服務真的是太讚了！這家店總體感覺特別的好！以後會常來的。

交通非常方便，門口就是車路，附近還有公交站，前台姐姐服務態度很好，兩公里內有飯店和超市，羊肉米線、火鍋、銅鍋洋芋飯，沃爾瑪超市商圈，近南大腦科醫院和雲南農業大學。
