Location is great, mid valley shopping mall just beside the hotel.
Room is abit old. Water leaking from aircon the whole night. Didn’t bother to change room since only 1 night stay.

Frequent stay at Cititel Mid Valley, spacious deluxe room with a single sofa seating and working desk. Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Attached to Mid Valley Megamall, superb convenience for meals and shopping. Fast check in and checkout. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and bathroom provided. Near to the shopping complex. Just a very near walking distance. Nice to stay.

Deluxe room is spacious and clean but old, badly needs refurbishment. Bed sheets and blankets are also old that should be replaced long ago. Door secure lock show sign of damage by force. Hotel location is superb within a huge shopping mall. Breakfast selection are good.
