I stayed here for 3night. I arrived early around 7am due to my early flight, staffs offered us an early check-in (which i did not use due to my schedule). On the last day they allowed me to use their shower facility for free even after the check-out. Thanks to you i could be on the plane feeling fresh! I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Thanks to you my trip to Kota Kinabalu was so memorable. I will come back!!!!

a newly opened hotel close to the seafood market and night food market, so a fishy smell once you enter the hotel area.
The hotel itself is clean new and tidy, there is a nice swimming pool.
Take note that the sound proof of the hotel is not good. You clearly heard the mosque announcement nearby and people walking , talking along the corridor. It’s a problem if you are light sleeper.
Since it’s too new, the grab driver cannot locate the pick up so it’s better if you choose The Shore Residence ( connected to the hotel lobby) for grab pick up .

It is centrally located. Still very new! We had a comfortable stay as the room is quite big and the bed is soft. Breakfast selection is limited and there were mosquitoes around the lobby area. There should be some lounge chairs around the pool area.

The hotel is clean, and the location is nice! It is very close to the Waterfront and famous restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the great location close to night market and all convenient things like pharmacies, the mall, etc.
Right on the waterfront so you get a pretty nice view from the Infinity pool, proper modern gym, and amenities. There is an organic coffee place in the bottom, which is fantastic.
Very good value for money of all the places I’ve stayed on my six week trip probably one of the top in terms of overall attention to detail and positive attitude all around.

位置：酒店位置是很不錯的，步行到加雅街5分鐘，附近吃的也很多，酒店出門對面就有水果市場和魚市場。
房間：我們訂的海景房，房間面積官方寫得26平米，但我進去感覺似乎並沒有，進屋之後箱子都很難打開，更何況我們有三個箱子。因為是帶孩子出行，行李的確是不少。不過酒店因為比較新，所以床品，洗手間，淋浴感受都很不錯，很舒適。房間還有個小陽台，滿滿的海景，景色非常不錯。
服務：服務整體也很不錯，員工都很親切。酒店大堂有咖啡機，會免費提供本地的現磨咖啡，味道很不錯，推薦。
泳池：酒店是無邊泳池，景觀特別棒，小孩子在裏面玩的都不想起來啦～
衞生：房間衞生很不錯，但是説到早餐，真的是這家酒店的一大敗筆！我們是7點半到的餐廳，菜品還沒有上齊全不説，所有菜品幾乎都是冷的。我懷疑炒飯，雞肉什麼的都是隔夜的。。。跟服務員反饋説菜品都是冷的，服務員很認真的用手去試了下温度，然後很認真的回答我説“it's warm”我也就不好再説什麼了，再説什麼就感覺我自己有些挑刺了。。。但真的，除了剛拿出來的水煮蛋，沒有一個是冒熱氣的。心想要不我去自己烤個吐司吧，這樣是熱的，結果吐司還沒搬上來。走到麪包機旁邊，麪包機周圍圍滿了小飛蟲，衞生太嚇人了。再仔細看了看其他菜品周圍，也都飛有或多或少的小飛蟲，這早餐瞬間不敢吃了，最後孩子就吃了些雞蛋和麪包片，我就喝了杯前麪説的大堂的現磨咖啡外加個水煮蛋。這種早餐的品質，太嚇人了。。。還如不國內的如家漢庭呢。跟我愛人説這事，我愛人倒是還蠻寬容的説“可能是因為對面就是海鮮市場，所以才會這樣”哈哈哈哈
原本我個人對馨樂庭以及整個雅詩閣的酒店好感度都挺高的，這家色早餐讓我特別失望，以後還是謹慎選擇這個品牌吧。
