Chaweng Noi
The hotel is not directly at the main Chaweng Beach, which also means peace and quiet. You can take a taxi into the city for about 6 euros (definitely ask the older, super nice lady opposite at the exit. You won't find a better taxi). Hotel is certainly not the newest, but everything is very well maintained. Everything works in the rooms and the beds are good too. Gym is very decent for a hotel, breakfast and dinner very good. There are enough loungers by the pool and by the sea. The beach is certainly one of the most beautiful and quietest in Ko Samui. The staff was also super nice and friendly! Very happy next time again.

We stayed in a King Pool View room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amaya Restaurant was excellent. There were many options for breakfast and the meals were great. Prego Italian Restaurant was exceptional, both in terms of food and service. Couldn't fault any of the Amari staff. Fantastic service and friendly smiles from everyone including Management, Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Road Crossing staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Special mentions go to the lovely hosts Wee and Keng who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed to know. Also Noung who we nicknamed ”the hardest working man in Thailand”. He never stopped as he worked tirelessly in Amaya Restaurant and around the hotel grounds. The resort was a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre of town. Would recommend Amari to anybody thinking of staying at Chaweng and look forward to returning there in the future.

I have chance to come back Koh Samui since 6 years. The island is still quiet even lot of bars and restaurant start to open for high season coming. Am Samui resort have nothing changes before and after Covid 19 in term of nature, calm, peach and now with new team Management leading by Mr. Leo improve the Services standard as 5 stars place. The restaurant just located on the beach during my time stay the have Wedding party with romantic set up. Room is reasonable in October and all are iclean, landscape ground tidy and green. The beach is taken care every day. Thank you Leo and team for good taking care. And I highly recommend Am Samui Resort to everyone.

Chaweng Beach
Very polite and helpful staff) This place is very suitable for couples to go to bars and clubs + beach, by the way, performances/party can be performed on the beach at night, within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there are various blacksmith shops for every taste) Unfortunately, the photos taken from the hotel, no, but very clean) I took a picture on the beach) You can also rent a bicycle , There are rental services nearby) and can travel around the island) convenient
Six Senses Samui

Six Senses Samui is everything I could have hoped for and more. We were lucky enough to stay in a Hideaway Pool Villa - an absolutely gorgeous huge room with an amazing bathroom and an outdoor shower. The villa has its own private pool with sun-loungers and outdoor lounge seating and is absolutely spectacular. I had the opportunity to see a couple of the other pool villas and the ocean view suites really are exceptional with either sunrise or sunset views. The infinity pool is stunning and has far reaching ocean views. Drink and food service by the pool is fantastic with a lovely menu. Drift is Six Senses Samui’s beach club. With a pool, bar and the most comfortable loungers and seating imaginable. There was never an issue finding a lounger either at the pool or down on the beach. Drift Bar has a livelier atmosphere than the serene infinity pool and is a great place for lunch or afternoon cocktails at Happy Hour. Dining on the Hill is wonderful for breakfast - a fantastic selection on both the buffet and a La carte menu. Dinner was fantastic - a great selection of both Thai and Western food and I’d highly recommend booking Half Board. The resort is so beautiful at night as well with all the lights twinkling. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at Dining on the Rocks but heard that it was a very special experience. The staff at Six Senses are all lovely. Each Villa is assigned a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Beth. Beth made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and friendly - he really is a credit to Six Senses and made our stay even more wonderful. Although you can walk around the resort and take in the views, when the heat becomes too much for the hills and steps, buggy’s are readily available to transport you around. Despite the size of the resort it somehow still retains an intimate feel. Despite feeling totally secluded in Paradise, Six Senses is only a 15 minute taxi journey from Samui Airport as well as The Fisherman’s Village which is well worth a visit - we loved the Fire Show at Coco Tams as recommended by Beth our GEM. Sustainability is clearly very important to Six Senses and it’s great not to see plastic anywhere at the resort. Six Senses Samui is the perfect destination for couples and families - there are plenty of activities available for children and adults alike if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views!
