My stay at Centara Reserve Samui was truly exceptional. Few, Ton at the reception provided top-notch service, setting a welcoming tone. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the option to rent kayaks and paddle boards added adventure to my trip. Even after check-out, I was able to make use of the well-maintained gym and shower facilities. The cleanliness and overall quality of the gym made it a perfect place to unwind and refresh before heading out.The pool offered a stunning beach view, and the breakfast buffet, with customizable and pre-serviced options, catered to every taste. Additionally, the hotel's prime location provided easy access to a variety of tasty restaurants in the vicinity. Exploring the local cuisine was a delightful adventure in itself. It was the perfect setting for a memorable honeymoon, and there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The services were worth the price, and I can't wait to return for another fantastic stay:)

I and my wife stayed in a garden facing pool villa with about 60 sq meters in size. The villa’s own pool was very clean and the balcony was facing the east. Other than a little noise generated from our neighbours next door, the environment was absolutely serene and peaceful. The room is thoroughly cleaned because of the efficient housekeeping staff who responded to our needs almost within 5 minutes every time we called. We particularly enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness of the fitness room which is immediately opposite to my villa. All hotel staff are very courteous and helpful when being approached by us. While driving their golf carts around, they would always actively stop and give us a lift for wherever we wished to go within the resort. The restaurant Kiree didn’t disappoint us as per other guests’ compliments. It offers a wide range of sumptuous dishes in semi-buffet style breakfast and the chef could made some specific dishes according to our orders. The Kiree also impressed us by the set dinner with wine-pairing given its fusion of quality Thai and International food and choices of wine. My wife and I believe we would come back in the summer which would be dryer and lots of sunshine! Highly recommended!

1. Had 2 separate bookings and requested them to make it a back-to-back reservation so I have the same room throughout my stay. Had informed them prior to arrival (assured me it’s done), had to request and remind again upon check in (apparently wasn’t done). Came by the front desk to check on it a day before my 2nd booking (it wasn’t done yet again!). The next day, my key wasn’t working as it wasn’t programmed for my entire stay. They gave me a bogus reason that I need to check in again when I was assured everything was resolved on 3 occasions! 2. Requested for late check out and was told to check again on the eve of my departure. Checked on the eve of my departure, to only be rejected for late check out. Was repeatedly told to keep my luggage at 12pm when I was trying to reason with them. We know we can leave our luggage like any other hotel but didn’t want to. Hence, the late check out. The staff should be able to see the occupancy forecasts and manage my expectations upon check in and not disappoint me on a later day. 3. Shared my negative experience and after some empathetic requests (I didn’t want any monetary service recovery), was given an extra hour for late check out. They said that’s the best they can do. 4. Make sure to lock all your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping left my door ajar after make up room. I only found out when I returned at night! 5. Nice beach bar but basic cocktails. The minimum spent for a sofa/bed is ridiculously high. So visit other beach bars with better service and cocktails. 6. To all that’s reading this, don’t expect any empathy and assistance from this hotel. Don’t make any request! They can’t resolve them! I gave them 2 stars for the below. Positives: 1. Location is okay, quiet area with some stores and restaurants 2. Staff was friendly and pool is warm to dip 3. Breakfast acceptable.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits am Chaweng Beach was aber auch Ruhe bedeutet. Mit dem Taxi kommt man für ca. 6 Euro in die Stadt (hier unbedingt die ältere, super nette Dame gegenüber am Ausgang fragen. Ein besseres Taxi findet man nicht). Hotel ist mit Sicherheit nicht mehr das neueste, aber alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. In den Zimmern funktioniert alles und die Betten sind auch gut. Fitnessstudio ist sehr ordentlich für ein Hotel, das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Liegen sind sowohl am Pool, als auch am Meer ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand gehört sicherlich zu einem der schönsten und ruhigsten in Ko Samui. Das Personal war auch super nett und freundlich! Sehr gerne beim nächsten mal wieder. The hotel is not directly at the main Chaweng Beach, which also means peace and quiet. You can take a taxi into the city for about 6 euros (definitely ask the older, super nice lady opposite at the exit. You won't find a better taxi). Hotel is certainly not the newest, but everything is very well maintained. Everything works in the rooms and the beds are good too. Gym is very decent for a hotel, breakfast and dinner very good. There are enough loungers by the pool and by the sea. The beach is certainly one of the most beautiful and quietest in Ko Samui. The staff was also super nice and friendly! Very happy next time again.

On arrival we were given cold drinks reception very small. Had to wait for room to be ready. Our room was on third floor over looking the pool. Room a good size and bathroom good size and very clean. The resort very cold and no Thai character. Was like a resort in the Mediterranean to much concrete and alley ways. Also a lot of waisted space. Beach kept very clean and crystal clear water. Sun beds hard to get some days. Breakfast reasonable and the breakfast lay out a bit strange. Stayed seven days and the WI-FI NOT THE BEST KEPTED BREAKING DOWN. One girl on reception had good English SEEMED TO DO MOST OF THE WORK. The man on the reception also very good when there. One girl on reception could not understand English very well and became a little aggressive. The resort is at the far end of beach and a Twenty minute walk to Samui central. Strange set up with beach towels, had to return to reception to get clean beach towels and leave old ones. Over all Ok but not our type of resort.

I spent an amazing week at this hotel. It’s located on a quiet stretch of beach at the southern end of Chewang so it’s a nice reprieve from the hustle of central Chewang. It’s a nice leisurely walk up the beach to the central area so it’s conveniently located. There are planets of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite good and is served until 10:30am daily. The set up near the beach and pool are great. There are plenty of loungers with umbrellas and covered gazebos to chill in. Everything is on a raised platform and not directly on the sand. We will definitely return here.

A wonderful hotel, 24 beautiful cottages, a very well-groomed area, a clean pool, as if built into a natural relief, a minute from the beach and you are on the most beautiful clean beach. Comfortable beds, air conditioning cools well. The bathroom has a piece of open sky with a green garden. We were in August, the waves are small, the water is beautifully turquoise. Very polite and attentive staff. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you, we had a very good time with a 4-year-old child. By the way, the hotel has a free sap and koyak, we did not immediately notice, at first we rented nearby.

The only dissatisfaction is that the water temperature of the shower is not well regulated, not too hot or too cold. The waiter is very enthusiastic, but there are not many Chinese. We liked our stay in this place very much! The hotel is right on the beach, very green terrotorry, small bungallows surrounded by palms and greenery, 20 m to the beach from our bungalow. The sea and the beach very good,better than other hotels nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpfull. Breakfasts were good, the only thing I missed is cheese abscence, everything else were very good and delicious. There is a beach bar in a hotel, possible to order drinks and coctails, they offered different promotions and happy hours every day.

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or Expedia and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.
