Chef in kitchen on egg station was extremely rude and I had to speak to guest relations manager twice about his attitude. It didn't help and he still smirked while ignoring me chatting to him to get more waffles made for the waffle station

We booked Thai House Cottage. The house is not big, but cozy. We had sea view. The location is great, the breakfast was ok, variety of food. You can also enjoy fire show at 8pm

Right in the middle of Sai Kaew beach, where most of the action and food is. My room was loft type didn’t like the bathroom downstairs but spacious upstairs. Food wasn’t great but plenty of restaurants around the area to try.

Location was good!! There was restaurant really close to the hotel and we enjoyed so much chilling at there!!
Night time is nice also. Sound of wave and music was matched with situation.
Breakfast was also good.

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Great locations right on the beach with access to restaurants, cafes and massages nearby. The only issue I had was I booked a room that showed a balcony in the photos but on check-in, the room was without a balcony. They said it was an issue with trip loading the wrong pictures. A bit deceptive.
