White Sand Beach
The position is given 5 points: it is in the middle of the white sand beach. If you choose a sea view room, the door opens to the beach. 20 meters into the beach in front of me, there are no small rocks or reefs, all of which are fine sand. Hotel facilities give 3 points: a very old hotel. All facilities are 10 years ago, domestic 2 star standard, the family room is a diagonal room on the back of the mountain across the road. There is no sea view at all. Downstairs is the most smelly drainage ditch in the entire white beach. After staying for 15 days, I changed 3 hotels and walked all over the white beach. Breakfast is given 3 points: the most common level, in line with the most basic requirements of foreigners. There are eggs, bread, butter, coffee, 4 Thai dishes that are not fixed every day, 2 kinds of fruits, watermelon. Don't expect too much, eat 4 days to be unlovable. Room type: I live in a family room of 60 square meters. There are two single beds and one double bed. Four adults have no problem sleeping at all. Price: Because it is 1002 a room during the Spring Festival. The family room is 200 more expensive than the sea view spa resort I booked later. The latter definitely has a 4-star standard. At the same time, there are private beaches, islands, and cable cars. The previous hotel I stayed at ”Banpu” was more cost-effective than him. Service; the front desk brother is very enthusiastic. Good English. No one in the hotel understands Chinese. By the way, I lived in Koh Chang for half a month. Only the Russian foreman in the Grand Spa can speak Chinese, English and Russian. No other hotel can speak Chinese at all. English is pretty good. Wifi signal: All are small routers. The signal is gone after a few steps. There is only the signal from the breakfast room downstairs. No other signals. The overall signal on Koh Chang is not good. It is incomparable to Bangkok and Pattaya.

White Sand Beach
Located at the southern end of White Sands beach. The beachfront is rocky but a path has been cleared of rocks to allow access to the sandy bottom beyond. For the start of the sand only beach you only have to walk along for about 50 metres. Reception staff were friendly and cheerful. We had booked triple rooms for 5 nights due to late booking. I assume double rooms are an option. The buildings are aged but fairly well maintained. The room was clean with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in around Thailand. Eveything worked just fine. The cleaning ladies were doing their thing on a daily basis. The breakfast was adequate. Juices, coffee, toast, fried eggs, omelet, hotdogs, thai dishes more than enough fuel for day's activity. Anyone who is critical of breakfast is just a whinger IMHO. Our group came together one day for lunch at the restaurant. No complaints from any group member about the food. I did not use the swimming pool as I'm a beach person. It did look well maintained with a number of sunloungers and deck chairs provided. To the reviewer who compared Banpu with Kacha I say they are incomparable. Why? Well the Banpu property has been established a lot longer than Kacha. Plus Kacha is not a beachfront property and their rooms, albeit more modern looking are at the same time a lot more expensive. Overall, I found Banpu good value for money and I enjoyed my stay here.

White Sand Beach
We rented two bungalows for 3 nights. The bungalows are very spacious and clean. I felt very well. Most because you are in the middle of nature. Great to sleep with the sound of nature. The location is absolutely perfect 👌🏽 the night streetfood market is just in front of the door as well as various shops and also a 7 eleven , and an International Bank : Kungkskri ( yellow machines) The service power was always very friendly and helpful . We felt very safe! Every time again!

White Sand Beach
A great budget hotel on the first line of White Sand Beach. A room with two beds on the last floor, the window went north. There are no balconies, a large hall in the form of an atrium, where the doors of the rooms go out, than the community reminds:) No elevator. There was a terrace on our floor. From the next roof in the morning to the window of the room come monkeys to ask for food. There is a safe in the room (not fixed) , refrigerator, table, chair and closet. There are tea supplies. In the bathroom. Staff is good and responsive, the cleaners start working from nine in the morning. Breakfast is not available, but in the same building 7/11, very convenient to buy delicious tea from the morning. Beach across the road, lying 30 batts. For its price, the hotel recommends budget travelers.

White Sand Beach
Well located near White Sand Beach, a short walk from the main street. Every evening locals come to settle and form a super good street food market. We slept in the room at 300 bath, rather clean and bright, the mattresses were really good (having stayed in 2 other accommodations in Koh Chang before where the mattresses were like concrete, it did us really good). On the other hand -1 for the common showers. There is one that does not even close with cold water only and the 2 are really super dirty. But at White sand beach it's the cheapest we found while strolling on the main street, and we didn't regret it!
