All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

I made a reservation because I wanted to eat the best breakfast in the world. It was a little expensive because it was 4 consecutive holidays, but it was good to have a nice and cozy hotel with a retro atmosphere. I wasn't impressed by watching breakfast too much on TV, but it was colorful and cute, and there were strange ways to eat it that I wouldn't normally eat, so it was as expected! The rooms were clean and nice with a classic feel, probably because of the few smoking rooms specified. In a room with many pillars, I honestly thought it was small the moment I entered. Lol The view from the window was completely, and I had the impression that it was for the price as a whole .., but I think that the other rooms were probably different because I chose smoking. The service was normally polite and good.

For some reason, hotels in Kobe are ridiculously expensive. Therefore, there are only a few hotels where you can easily stay when you have a drinking party at work. Well, considering the price and convenience from the station this time, it's a bit far to walk here, but if it's still at this price, it's OK lol. It's the best for this price! I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and I can say this is the best for about 50 dollars. The hotel is at Sannomiya station and the room is clean and huge compared to many hotels in Japan. The TV is big too with large screen and YouTube Netflix channel. Staff is friendly and nice and they all have English service so don't worry about it. I will definitely stay at Brenza hotel again if I ever come to Kobe. I really recommend it to anyone who plan to visit Kobe.
