服務：當天房間皆有升級，雙人的升級為雲澗豪華園景雙床房，大床升級為雲澗私湯庭院套房，因房間離前台較遠，有提供接送車過去，愛情海景區的票因當天來不及去，前台很貼心的讓我們改隔天的票，因私湯庭院套房空間很大，空調雖然設置32度還是會有點冷，告知櫃檯後有請房務送被子過來，是現場入被套的，很乾淨舒服。
設施：原先是被公設的溫泉和泳池所吸引，但到了現場卻發現池子都有污垢，雖然溫泉的溫度感覺很適中很舒服，但是看到是不敢下水的，算是美中不足有點遺憾，有提供衣服送洗需告知前台。
餐點：早餐自助評價中等，沒什麼胃口所以吃不多，不過有現做的麵條和煎蛋可以點，也有小蛋糕等餐後甜點，果汁兩種，相較於早餐的自助，晚餐的單點餐廳很值得推薦，麻婆豆腐還是比較辣的，平時不吃辣或吃小辣的人慎選。

酒店整體還不錯，前台服務很好，由於我們凌晨才到，前台在電話諮詢完我們入住時間後，居然12點在停車場等着我們，當我開車門時，前台小妹妹還不忘記説，外面風很大，山裡温度低，讓我們不要着急下車，先穿好外套，忘記看前台小妹妹的名字了，5.25凌晨12點在前台的那個小妹妹，真的很感謝你，還有當天上班的禮賓部同事，也很好的
幫我們主動拿行李且開電瓶車送我們到入住的房間樓，這裏必須給你們點贊👍，雖然服務那裡我打了4.5分，主要是因為餐廳，實話講早餐出品太差了，根本不是5星級酒店的出品，啥意思吃過最差的早餐，太難吃了，服務也很差，餐廳基本上都是年齡比較大的人，總之希望酒店以後可以在餐廳這邊加強下，這樣才能更好的做好收益。

推窗見景，清晨醒來就被一片綠色包裹，打開窗簾，一縷陽光透入房間，空氣中都伴隨着自然的氣息，酒店環境大大的贊。然後房間也非常的漂亮，衞生乾淨，設施配置都很好，其次酒店服務也很不錯，酒店有專門的擺渡車接送和行李上樓服務，去景區也是擺渡車送我們過去的，服務確實很好。

湖水碧綠通透，美若琉璃。四周層巒疊嶂、列松如翠，空谷鳥鳴幽，體驗感很巴適！旁邊景區的羊駝好可愛，拍照的技術也是槓槓的，🫰下次住兩晚再好好感受一下
