除了服務很好，其它就很差了，網上標的是山莊實際就是一個民宿，到了房間揭開被子床鋪上還有毛髮鼻屎殼，實在是太晚拖家帶口的要不然都不想住了

泉節假日泉州好點的酒店都住滿了，看到這裏的湖景，自駕跑遠一點住宿，不錯的入住體驗，店員還給升級了房型，洗手間還可以改善下

房間各方面都還不錯，不過床單不乾淨，有污漬，是否做到一客一換仍然未可知，也不行追究這些問題，沒有熱水真的不能接受，從下午入住到現在凌晨一點三十五分任然沒有解決我的問題，電話打了很多個也沒解決，剛開始水壓小説是出問題零時檢修，住宿要求真的不高，稍微安靜，床品乾淨，可以洗個熱水澡睡一覺都做不到，真的很失望

感覺還不錯。酒店衞生乾淨，房間落地窗光線充足，停車也是很方便，酒店門口就是停車場。服務態度好，熱情禮貌。

最滿意的是外圍環境很安靜，看湖風景很好。最差評的是早上的服務員邊工作邊聊天，而且還是很大聲的説話，完全沒有顧及客人還在睡覺 .本來就是衝著那個安靜的環境去的，最後竟然是被收拾房間的服務員吵醒，真是無語了，希望酒店能有所改進，專業培訓後再上崗。
