Before taking my mother to relax during the May 1st holiday, I asked about hotel facilities and equipment whether it is convenient for elderly people with lower limb disabilities and wheelchairs. The answer is no problem. There are two problems encountered during the whole check-in process: 1. It is inconvenient to take a bath and do not hold hands. The hotel faucet is fixed and cannot adjust the angle. It is very inconvenient and inhumane for the disabled who can only sit and take a bath. 2. The hotel provides intelligent robots that are cute but sometimes they are also a taste. We need to go downstairs. It is convenient for other residents to enter the elevator. After entering the elevator, I put my mother’s wheelchair on the far side and went up and down the stairs. The robot came in and stood in the middle of the elevator and went down to the first floor. When we were about to get out of the elevator, it blocked our way. Maybe it was because it hadn't reached the floor it was going to, so it didn't move and didn't care about us. Finally, we got out of the elevator by the guest on the side helping to remove the robot. There is also a problem in the hotel room that there is no thing that can be stirred. Generally a little better hotel. Each room will provide a small coffee spoon or a disposable stirring rod. There is always one of the two. But this hotel is at least in this room I live Neither of these have to be brewed, something that needs to be stirred is very inconvenient In addition to the above three questions, other general impressions are okay. The transportation is convenient, very close to the train station, five or six minutes by taxi. The environment of the hotel is beautiful, with mountains (rockery), water, trees and grass. I came to Yunlan Bay to go to the hot springs. It was a rush to book a hotel the night before. I searched for hotels near the hot springs on Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the room type was different from what I wanted. I asked the front desk if there is a pool with tatami mats. Is it possible to make up for the difference and upgrade the room? The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The pool is super big. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring and drink a small wine in the room. Let's taste the dishes of Rumengyuan Restaurant in the hotel. The per capita is less than 100, and two people can't finish it. This trip to Yunlan Bay is a very pleasant trip.
