酒店位置可以～設施一般～可能好多年了有點舊～好在床品還可以～隔音效果還不錯～空調給力哈哈早餐沒吃所以不清楚

最差的一次住宿，1、被子上有煙味2、噪音大，距離大路太近，整夜都是大貨車的轟隆聲，給前台溝通，他們也知道確實太吵，居然不該進。訂房時，就覺着連鎖酒店會好呢，結果還得如一個小民宿呢。希望整改，別讓住宿人花了錢還受罪。

有兩小時延遲退房，前台11點多打電話問我什麼時候退房，我説明瞭情況，並且表示一點左右退房，睡到12點53，阿姨開始敲門，我説什麼事，她説你不是一點退房嗎？ 這個酒店蠻搞笑的

酒店位置不錯，臨近環城路，路邊可以停車，適合去西塘古鎮遊玩過路居住。酒店設施齊全，就是有點陳舊，但維護得不好。
