店家是個小哥哥，人長得帥服務又好，因為是白天去的，還幫忙優惠代買了景區門票，有微信管家服務，住宿贈送的酒吧歡樂時光套餐，駐唱都挺不錯，漢服體驗3小時粧畫的也好，下次去還會光顧。

房間環境好，周圍很安靜，可以停車，很舒服。離古鎮比較近。服務態度很滿意。

服務很一般，也不能延遲退房，説是五星好評可以延遲兩點，更不理解的是還沒到退房時間12點店家就通知阿姨敲門打掃了，就很懵，12月的天氣也沒熱水，店家説給我們可以換大床房，但是我們訂的是家庭房呀，中午出去吃飯回來門鎖開不開門了，店家又過來修的，體驗感不是很好，衞生還行，來玩的話推薦景區裏面的民宿，也不用門票了，街道的第一面還可以的，店面不大但是味道不錯

設施：訂的頂樓的家庭房外面還帶個露台很漂亮 衞生：衞生乾淨，各種一次性的用品齊全 環境：100多塊錢訂的房間，環境説實話遠超預期 服務：管家服務很貼心，會給推薦西塘遊玩路線 工作日去的門口還能免費停車，離景區入口很近很方便
