After a walk, I came back and found my bag in the morning and headed to the room. The staff who gave me the bag knew that the reason I found the bag was check-in, not check-out, and asked for the amount and explained that I should pay when I checked out. I went to the room without any doubt and came to the room and thought ~ The staff did not give me any explanation, no cards ~ My room is on the top floor, Elbe is on the very long corridor ~ The room is the end! I found a room intricately, but when I came to the counter again, I was hot and tired and annoyed. Even though it was a blur that I came from where I didn't take care of my guests, you didn't remember properly, and you didn't know the procedure to use it, and you asked us what to do. Every day, the staff and the users are different, whatever and where. I don't know, I'm sorry, I'm slow, I'm fast, I'm used to using, I'm first time, I'm the service business, I'm the hotel staff. !! ”So what do you want me to do?” As a matter of fact, as a customer jitters, as a customer asks for responsibility for mistakes, not ..., but for the convenience of customers, I should have been careful and guided first, but I should have been careful and guided first, but I should have been careful and guided first, and I should have been careful and guided first, and I should have been careful and guided Isn't the apple first? Isn't that the attitude of the staff who provides the service of the hotel? !!! I feel unpleasant because I am ignored by the hotel staff and treated as a guest. I think it's a beggar to see in the room when I enter the room.

The location is great! The value for money is also good! It is good for those who are in a hurry or looking for cheap accommodation. However, since it is an old hotel, you need to consider some of the parking lots and facilities!

I came to Hamdeok for the fourth time, it was the best hostel in the price pack :) I don't like the place I like to be famous, and the boss doesn't even have any advertisements like this. I will definitely come back, then I will contact you with my personal contact! Thank you ^^

Due to my part-time job, I had a schedule for Jeju Island and was able to make a reservation for 'Ava Hotel Jeju' for a week or a month through a quick search. However, I couldn't make a long-term reservation just by looking at the photos, so I only booked for one night through Trim.com. My first impression of the interior was just as I saw in many reviews: 'The room fixtures are quite worn, but the view is poor.' Beautiful both during the day and at night. In particular, my room was located on the side, and the wall of the building blocked the artificial lights and signs on both sides, so when I looked at the night sea rippling in the moonlight from the balcony after a day's work, it was as grand as the atmosphere of Admiral Yi Sun-sin's naval battle. The day before I came to Jeju, I took off the cast that had been wrapped around my injured foot for 6 weeks and, wow, I was completely happy when I washed in the bathtub, which I had complained about would be uncomfortable to shower in. The interior of the room, which I thought was bad during the day, turned on all the lights at night. It's pretty good^^ It would cost several times more to stay in a hotel with a newly built atmosphere... I was contemplating whether to stay overnight for the price, but considering the condition of my legs, which were still unstable, I decided to just stay here for a while. Since I came to Jeju Island for work and not for sightseeing... I had to use my laptop all the time except when I was resting my head on the pillow, so the front desk staff (who is down to earth, but with a bit of kindness) was quick to help me with a few things I needed while using dual TV monitors. It's been a lot. thank you

The location is good, everything else is average. Especially when I was looking for the location, it was difficult to find because it was my first time. If you came to GS25 in the Ebenezer building, I would have been grateful if you had come out from inside the counter and called me. I was lost for a while. Slippers are clearly disposable. It's old and I don't want to wear it,,,,, ,,,,,, so I didn't wear it,,,, At least I could see the sea when I opened the curtains, so it was okay~~~

The sea view room is very good, the room is large and very clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also very close to the bus station. You can see the sea when you open the window. The environment is very good and the stay is great.
