We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

The hotel spots clean facilities and comfortable rooms with nice views. Only cons is breakfast is not as good as expected, eating out wil be much better choice. Lunch/Dinner at the Panameria (see attached photo) lounge opposite the breakfast area is much better choice, but not the best bet in Jakarta.

The Staff were superb. They gladly helped with all our needs. They went over & above to satisfy our needs. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable, lots of lighting in the room with lots of light switches to light up the room as you like, not enough room for luggage but we asked for an extra chair which the staff gladly provided, there was kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee (you have to bring your own supplies), ample bottled water, a chair & desk, bedside tables with drawer, nice view, toilet was good with a switch to splash water to wash your butt, shower was great both rain & hand held with good hot water, nice sink, 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and hangers for hanging your clothes (no closet). There is store for SIM card 6 minutes from the Hotel. (Musa Cell). Prisilia, Dwi, Arien, Putri, Septy at the Reception and all the male Reception Staff, all the Security Staff & the Housekeeping Staff were very polite, helpful, fulfilled all our needs with a smile & excellent customer service. Edi, Rani, Hendro & the rest of the Restaurant Staff were excellent for Breakfast. Edi speaks & understands little English. They all understand a little bit. Lots of food at Breakfast with Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juices & an egg Station to compliment the hot foods. You will be stuffed at Breakfast. Thank you all. We truly enjoyed & loved every minute of our stay at G7 Grand Hotel.

We visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.

Staying a day at the hotel in the lunre was very enjoyable. Request a superior room, a moment of doubt with some tests1 but the reality 2 large rooms.. clean3 cold air is comfortable4 there is a refrigerator.. bathtub.. city view. The kids like it. The pillow is not cheap. The toothbrush is only 1. But the liquid soap and the shampoo doesn't make a bee. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes good. Main course or dessert are all delicious. I like it. I will definitely go back

In order to visit family gatherings in Jakarta due to limited time and quite far distance when stopping by to relatives, I booked Maxim hotel for a short transit before taking KA from Senen Market. The hotel is quite clean, the only thing is that the air conditioner is not working well. The hotel building consists of 3 floors, the room size is about 12 m2, so it is quite narrow. The bathroom inside is a pity that the shower faucet is broken. As a sufficient transit hotel, you can take a shower and clean your body after a day around Jakarta city. After taking a shower and leisure for a while then slippery to Senen Market Station back to the area.
