Hotels in Incheon with Swimming Pools

Last night upon check-in, I found a short, curly hair in the electric kettle! When checking out, I forgot to take a down jacket. I returned to check 20 minutes later, only to discover it mysteriously disappeared, and the hotel claimed they couldn't find it. Such a disappointing experience for my first hotel stay in Korea. （昨晚入住时候，发现烧水壶里居然有一根毛，又短又弯的！退房的时候忘记拿一件羽绒外套，二十分钟回去查看，居然无故消失，酒店说查不到！ 第一次到韩国住酒店就如此差的体验）

Location-wise, it’s a perfect place after landing at Incheon. You can take a taxi or use their free hotel shuttle bus to go there in 10min. This is the first time we came here with kids and we find the amenities inside hotel to be quite inadequate. There’s no baby bathrobe, baby slippers, toothpaste which are very common in other hotel chains. Restaurants in the Plaza area are pretty good. We enjoyed the Korean bbq place on 2/f. The Art garden is nice to stroll around, for some breeze and photos. The service standards are quite inconsistent. Only few people are helpful and most are not friendly inside hotel.

My wife and I have stayed here twice. We love our room and the amenities. The service is excellent. Our flight was 7:55 AM so waiting for their airport shuttle at 6AM would be too late for us so they got us a taxi at 5am, free service. The food I would recommend is their fried chicken! It is the best fried chicken in Korea! We also ran out of water and the concierge delivered free water bottles! We've always came here as a jumping pad for international flight but next time, we will come here just for staycation!

The hotel is close to the Central Park, Lotte Mart and MTR statuion. But does have much restaurant. Not nearby to any attractions, but MTR is convenient enough to reach with time consumming.

I went early because I thought check-in was at 3, but since check-in was at 8, I took a walk around the front and looked around. Please check carefully when making a reservation..ㅜㅜ Songdo Central Park was right in front, so it was nice to take a walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom was separate from the shower room. The lobster served at the buffet, one plate per table, was mediocre, and the raw fish was not very good. And I was a little disappointed that there was no fried food. Still, I had a good rest~

처음에 들어올때 프론트에서부터 안경쓰신 남성분께서 말씀해주시는게 불친절하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 표정도 안좋으시고 대충대충 하시는 느낌 ..? 그래도 놀러왔으니 그런 건 뒤로 하고 객실을 이용하는데 침대도 편하고 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 나름 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다 수영장도 예쁘고 칵테일 바도 즐길 수 있었으며 바텐더 분들도 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 이런 면에서는 이용하기 좋은 듯 합니다 ! 하지만 이번에 코로나 격상으로 인한 문 앞에 배달해주는 조식에 약간 문제가 있다고 생각합니다 ,, 조식 구성 중에 모닝빵, 와플, 샌드위치 등등 이렇게 있었는데 모닝빵, 와플을 먹을때는 그냥 괜찮네 하고 먹고 있었는데 샌드위치를 한 입 두 입 천천히 먹는데 샌드위치 안에 들어있는 치즈에서 냄새가 나는거 같고 맛도 약간 이상한 것 같고 그러다가 배가 아프더라구요. 저는 그냥 전날에 많이 먹었나? 했는데 같이 이용한 친구는 그때는 아프다는 말은 없었지만 그 이후로 아프다는 말을 계속 같이 하는 중입니다. 그냥 둘다 별일 아니겠지 하고 넘겼는데 그 이후부터 계속 아프고 둘다 설사도 하고 .. 화장실도 왔다갔다하고 ,, 심지어 저는 자다가 복통 때문에 자꾸 잠에서 깨고 잠도 잘 못들고 있습니다ㅜ 분명 샌드위치에 문제가 있다고 생각하여 말씀드리는 것이며 이 후기를 무시하지 않길 바라며 꼭 확인을 해주실 것을 희망합니다.. 3일동안 꾸준한 증상으로 호텔측도 알아야한다고 생각했고, 피해자가 더 이상 없길 바라는 순수한 마음으로 확인이라도 해주셨음 해서 호텔에 문의를 드렸습니다. 문의를 위해 전화를 걸었더니 프론트에서 먼저 받으셨고 상황설명을 드리니 이런 민원과 문의는 경영지원팀? 담당이라고 그쪽으로 전달 드리겠다고 그쪽에서 다시 전화가 갈거라고 그때 꼭 받아달라고 하시더라구요 매우 친절하셨습니다. 그리고 전화가 왔습니다 경영지원팀 부장님과 통화한 것으로 알고 있습니다. 어떤 일인지 먼저 물으시길래 전달받으신게 없냐고 여쭤봤더니 없다고 하시더라구요 그래서 제가 다시 상황 설명을 드렸습니다. 그랬더니 그 날 조식을 이용하신 손님들께 확인을 했는데 이상이 없으시다고 하셨고 이상 있다고 한건 저희 뿐이라 해결이 어려우니 인과관계를 증명할 수 있는 병원 이력을 가져오라고 하시면서 굉장히 불친절한 말투로 말씀을 하시더라구요. 저희만 이상이 있는거면 해결이 어렵다는 말씀을 이해는 합니다 하지만 방금까지 전달받은게 없으시다고 말씀을 하셨는데 제가 상황을 말씀드리자마자 그 사이에 다른 객실 사람들까지 확인을 하셨다는게 이상해서 앞뒤말이 안맞지 않냐고 여쭤보았습니다. 그랬더니 아 그냥 들어본거에요 이렇게 말을 하시더라구요 전달 받았는데 저한테 안받았다 거짓말하시고 또 물어보신거거나 진짜 전달을 안받았는데 다른 객실에선 문제 있다고 전화 온게 없다는걸 다른 객실 이용 고객들에게 확인 해봤는데 이상 없다고 하셨다고 거짓말을 하셨거나 둘 중 하나라고 생각했습니다. 어쨌거나 저는 환불을 원했던것이 아니고 확인차원에서 여쭤본건데 일단 인과관계를 증명할 병원 이력을 가져오라고 하시니 같이 이용한 친구와 얘기를 해봐야할거같아 얘기해보고 다시 이 번호로 전화드리겠다고 하고 끊었습니다. 끊고 친구와 얘기를 해보고 생각을 해보았더니 보상을 원했던것이 아니라는것을 말씀드리고 상황을 보다 정확히 말씀드리기 위해 전화를 다시 걸었습니다. 이번 통화에 제가 얘기를 하고 있는데 중간에 말을 끊으시더니 그러니까 - 병원 이력을 가져오시라구요 이 말을 계속 하시더라구요 자기네들 조식 식재료는 대기업 식재료를 사용하기 때문에 문제 없다고 하시면서요. 그래서 제가 보상을 원했던게 아니고 순수한 마음에서 확인차원에서 전화드린거라는 말을 드리려고 하는데 계속 병원이력만 얘기하시더니 끊겠다고 하시더라구요? 제가 할 말이 남았다고 했는데 끊겠습니다~ 이러고 바로 뚝 끊으셨습니다. 생각지도 못한 대처에 당황한 저는 화가 났고 다시 전화를 드렸습니다. 끊지 말아달라고 할 말 남았다했는데 왜 끊었냐고 여쭤봤더니 바쁘고 할일 많고 말싸움하기 싫어서 끊었다하시더라구요. 저는 당연히 어이가 없어서 바쁘고 말싸움하기 싫으면 고객 전화를 그렇게 막 끊냐고 했더니 끊겠다고 말을 했대요 그럼 그래도 되나요? 제가 계속 뭐라고 하니 용건만 말하라 하시더라구요 그래서 사과하라고 말씀 드렸습니다. 샌드위치에 문제가 없어서 사과를 못한다고 하시길래 그거 말고 공격적인 말투, 불친절한 대처와 전화 막 끊는거에 사과하라고 말씀드렸습니다. 그랬더니 그 부장님은 존댓말을 썼기 때문에 예의 갖췄다고 하시더라구요 그래서 존댓말만 사용하면 예의가 되는거냐니까 끊겠습니다~ 또 이러고 끊으셨구요. 서비스업에 종사하시는 분이 고객 문의에 이렇게 대처를 하는게 옳은 일인가요? 샌드위치에 문제가 없는게 당당하면 고객에게 이렇게 하는게 맞나요? 저도 어이없고 화가 나 언성 높여 말하고 화도 냈습니다 인정합니다 하지만 저는 환불을 강요하기는 커녕 환불 해주세요 라는 말조차 꺼내지 않았습니다. 제가 진상짓을 한것도 아닌데 저렇게 대처하는게 맞나요? 많이 화가 나 또 전화해 더 높은 분을 바꿔달라고 했습니다 이 전부터 가운데에서 전화를 연결해주시던 여성분은 이번엔 프론트 남자직원분을 연결해주셨습니다. 그 분은 아마 제가 처음에 문의 드릴때 받으셨던 분인 것 같았습니다. 제가 굉장히 기분 나빠하며 높은 분 연결해달라고 하니 자기가 대신 사과 드리겠다고 죄송하다며 하지만 자기도 전달자의 입장이라 바로 연결은 어렵기 때문에 이야기를 해보겠다며 양해부탁드린다고 하시더라구요. 그래서 저도 이해를 하고 죄송하다고 감사하다고 말씀드리면서 전화를 마쳤습니다. 그로부터 하루가 지난 지금 아직도 전화는 오지 않았구요. 호텔의 입장을 아예 이해 못하는것은 아닙니다. 그 분들도 무작정 사과해버리면 자기네들이 잘못됐다는것을 인정해버리는 식이 되어버리니까 그랬을 수 있겠다는 생각은 합니다. 근데 보통 이런 문의가 들어오면 이용에 불편을 드려 정말 죄송합니다. 하지만 고객님 외에 그 날 이용하신 고객분들 중에 같은 문의는 없었어서 저희도 메뉴얼 상 바로 해결이 어려우니 인과관계를 증명할 수 있는 병원 이력

It is a pet room and separate. There is a pet playground and the soundproofing is good. But everything else is bad The terrace building has a terrace where you can only grill meat. No eating on the terrace And to get to the terrace, the elevator is uncomfortable and you have to walk a long way. The size of the accommodation is also small. The view is not good either You can sleep with a real dog, but it costs 500,000 won per night. It's so, so bad The bottom of the pot is really stained. The cutting board has a lot of scratches, probably because it was cut a lot. I don't have a knife or scissors, so when I asked why I didn't have any, I was told that it was dangerous. That's an absurd answer haha. Of course, they brought it to me. The facilities are not that good and it is not worth the price. This is my first time staying at an accommodation like this. If you eat inside, they charge a whopping 300,000 won for cleaning fees. There is a scary warning message. I would like to have the appropriate furniture and such. The stairs to the beach are hell haha. I never want to go again

We stayed in JN Park while laying over in Korea. Mr. Song, the GM of this hotel is the nicest and the most accommodating person you’ll ever know. He came to pick us up in Incheon airport and was so helpful in all the possible ways. We had a very comfortable stay and although there isn’t much to see in the area, we would definitely consider staying at JN Park when we return to Seoul for a visit. It’s children friendly, room is spacious and they have a decent breakfast! Their swimming pool is also fantastic. I highly recommend!

After our long trip trip DMZ and Paju Provence Village, my friends and I were EXHAUSTED! And this place was perfect, as first of all, the view was beautiful! And the beds were so comfortable, I literally haven't sleep this good in a looong time! After a good night's sleep (finally), we had a very yummy breakfast on their veranda and it was hitting all the right spots 👌🏻 The food was delicious, had a great sleep and the weather was wonderful! What a great way to start a day ;) Definitely coming back again!

The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. (Powder to beds, false hairs found in the water room, vomit on the unclean tape ...) I had to clean up the vomit on the tape so much that was bothering me as I could with water, Savon and closet (photo taken after my cleaning) The closet is used and put up with chlore ... However , it is a spacious hotel as well as the designated rooms a full that the base of the hotel is not respected ... The staff is welcome and serviable (taxi order according to our wishes)
