Tsuen Wan
I booked the hotel on the day I went to Hong Kong to watch Baselworld. I booked the hotel after one o’clock in the evening to attend a friend’s birthday party. I booked this room for myself. There was an aunt at the front desk. She was very kind when I checked in. The hotel felt that the bed was clean and the toilet facilities were limited The toilet seat is broken, but they are barely usable. There is plenty of hot water. The location is easy to find from the subway station. The front desk will charge 200 deposit the night before and will refund the next day, although the price of 500 is more expensive than usual hotels Yes, but there is no way to make a reservation on the same day. Other hotels have also increased to about 1,000 that day. Although the facilities are relatively old, it is safe and comfortable to live in. Hong Kong is a relatively large room, which is not bad~ It is recommended that you book early if you have a room Service: The service is very good. The grandmother at the front desk at night is very polite and reassuring.

Sai Wan and Sheung Wan
Environment: 240-degree stunning sea view Facilities: Youth hostels should also update various facilities in a timely manner, such as toilets, showers, and window screens. Hygiene: so-so. If you are too particular, you will feel uncomfortable. Service: Very good. Everyone is very nice. The room is very noisy when it is fully booked on weekends, and the kitchen and restaurant are also very crowded.

You have to request online for extra or “missing” amenities. As I’ve booked the room with breakfast but was unable to enjoy due to morning flight, the restaurant was kind to let me enjoy their dinner as an alternative. But that was after many rounds of negotiation with their restaurant personnel which in my opinion, was unnecessary if they could empower their staff to be flexible and make decisions without repeating to me things like SOP, they can’t change from breakfast to dinner. It does not make sense when one of their resolution was to ask me to go to the neighbouring hotel to collect my takeaway breakfast which is a waste of time. Notwithstanding the above, their Chinese restaurant serves nice and authentic dim sum and I would recommend you to give it a try.

I am very impressed with the Disneyland hotel service, all the staff are kind and smiling all the time. They will always wish you to have a magical day. Check-in process is also very efficient since we couldn't be given a room because the check in time was still 3pm, we just left our luggage at the concierge and went to Disneyland Park, it is efficient because while you're in the park your room number will be sent to your email or mobile number once available. So after you enjoy the Disneyland park you can go straight to the hotel room, and your things/luggage are already there. They also offer many complimentary activities, kids will definitely enjoy it! I will come back to this hotel and this time we will stay for 2 days so that we can enjoy the facilities of the hotel more.

We stayed in the Disney Hollywood Hotel for a night, during our trip to Hong Kong, once we were done with our day-long visit to the Disneyland Resort. My regret is we could not stay longer. While the check-in took some time, we loved the decor of the hotel. Around every corner, there was a surprise with some recollection of a Disney character. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and had a classy feel. Everything from the bathroom linen to the complimentary slippers had the feeling of being in a fairyland. The next morning, our buffet breakfast was even better as we were joined by some of Disney's most loved characters. For me, for a while, I felt as if I was reliving my childhood. It was a lovely experience and I would love to return, possibly with my kids!

Islands District
We booked 2 nights and we had a pleasant stay. It would be great if they provided bath salt and more tissue papers. You can take blue cab (Lantau Island) or red cab (city) to the hotel. Room is quite decent and spacious. You can stay here if you planning to Disneyland
