i visited ho chi minh saigon for 4 days business trip , but i only booked 1 night because i didnt know if this hotel was suitable , when i checked into the hotel and went back to my room to rest , the room was very clean and there coffee and tea for me enjoy in the room . after staying for 1 night , i was really staisfied . the hotel breakfast also had a lot of choies , i later stayed in 2 more night again . after checking out on the third day i took the grad car to the airport , when i arrived at the airport checkin my luggage , I realized my laptop was left in the hotel lobby，i quickly called the hotel，fortunately the hotel staff helped me put it away , and then i returned to the hotel to pick up back to my laptop . fortunately i chose a hotel not far from the airport , i successfully returned to airport to board my flight country. I would like to thank a lot of the hotel staff for its service. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City for business next time, I will still choose this saigon eastin grand hotel again..

The front desk service was ready to respond to our queries, the toilet flushing and air con problems we faced in the first room that was provided to us. However, the service man did not appear and we were finally given another functional room after an hour. The new room was clean, equipped with hot shower and a well equipped kitchen for us to heat up and consume our take outs. There are three convenient stores just outside of the building, and many food stores nearby. There is a pool and gym, and a spa service (which we did not manage to use during our short stay). Night walk around the apartment at night was breezy and calming. The location is only a few minutes away from the airport. Accessible by a very quick grab service.

Nice location to catch early morning flight and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. However when we arrived at the airport and tried to call the hotel’s reception a few times to arrange shuttle pickup, there was no way to reach the reception. So we took a taxi at the airport and got rip-off by the taxi driver and he even stole couple millions VND from us. I hope there is a better way to arrange the hotel shuttle from the airport.

The location was great. The airport is located directly in the city, so a perfect place to stay close to the airport because you have to travel again, but you can easily take a Grab(taxi) into the city to see some of the centres. Don't expect an epic hotel, but a great place for one night. The hotel room had air conditioning and seals so that you could see everything was cleaned. They have tv, a minibar, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel as well as a sewing kit, comb and toothbrushes. The staff were very friendly and helpful I left very early in the morning and they helped to get me a taxi. Great value for money!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was priced right. and offered a breakfast at a small quaint cafe near the two different locations of this Hotel. This Hotel is located in a alley off the street. Not much noise from the street or the Airport. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. If your looking for a quite place with a great location and price , check it out .

Hotel was in a decent area away from the very loud and busy city center. The hotel staff didn’t speak very much English so we used phones to translate a lot. Obviously not their issue more ours. The entrance is all stairs no ramp so carrying heavy bags inside and out was not fun but we made it work. Breakfast was Vietnamese breakfast, the menu was a set menu nothing else could be added or requested. We asked for a high floor and were not accommodated, again it was a request so it’s neither here nor there. The floors and walls are thin so we could hear anything happening above and around us. The location was right by the airport which was a little further away from sites we wanted to visit. The price was worth it though. All in all I would rate this hotel 6 or 7 out of 10. Also there’s no where in the room or at the desk that has a price sheet for the items in the fridge, so those charges weren’t expected but super cheap in retrospect.

The overall room has been renovated, just in the alley opposite the Super Bowl near the airport. The room is large, it may feel a bit monotonous, after all, cheap; it looks clean. The sound insulation is not so good, and the cough next door can be heard. There are not many choices for breakfast, and call in the morning to ask what to eat? Then no news, I thought that I would send it up because of C/I, and I will call back for a long time to ask if I want to go down to eat. Then the counter called again and said that there was no breakfast with agoda reservation, (I remember that I will have a restaurant with breakfast, because of convenience). But when you check in, you have to tell me what to choose for breakfast and send it to the room, the whole stupid eye.

The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.

It was my first time in Tokyo. The location is quite convenient in that it only takes 2 minutes to the airport and a Lawson downstair. It can check in by AI which shortens the queuing time. The staff welcomed us warmly and professionally. The room is comfortable and I would re-book next time!
