Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Way better than those air bnb that i had booked before i decided to come back to hcmc and stayed at Sherwood. The receptionist and their team are professional. Told the house keeper there was some leaking from ac. Their technicians came and problem solved right away with in 20 mins. Old school furnitures but all well maintained and super clean. Not just that the condos are close to everything. 20 mins from international airport, 5 mins to district 1. The street are super crowded during rush hours but all one way make it easier. I have 3 boys 11, 9 and 3. They all love that place. It feel like home. There are pool and kids play room my little guy loves it. It super convenient location. My family and I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are going to visit Hcm c.

We thought the room was extremely small and dusty, certainly not the cleanest. The hotel does make up for it with really fantastic service (specially from the people who manage the meals) and a fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea combination that will keep you satisfied for sure. As for the facilities, the rooftop doesn't look super great in person and the way-too-small pool's protective glass panels need a clean. Location is pretty great but it's definitely balanced out by the small size of the room.

We stayed three nights in Blue Diamond Hotel and no doubt it was a pleasend stay. We reached late at the night and experienced well reception from the front desk. Here breakfast was quite good and room was clean and comfortable. At the time of checkout we forgot our mobile phone in the room, the reception desk took all the trouble of finding it and deliver it to one of our friends in another nearby hotel. I book family room, two big queen bed size during my husband birthday. Staff are all very nice and polite. Forever help you carry your luggage or open the hotel entrance door for you. Never go to rooftop as my room already has big bathub. Channel TV only 3 in English and the rest is in Vietnam. Desk a little bit of ants but every i ask the housekeeping staff clean it up. Decent 3 star hotel. Value for the money. 5 minutes walk to Ben Thant Market. 7minutes walk to Malaysia Street.

I stayed at GK Central Hotel for 2 nights in HCMC, and I can recommend to stay here, if you need an ok, cheap place to stay with a perfect location for getting around in central HCMC/Saigon. The room was comfortable and clean, however quite small (and much smaller than the impressions from the photos), and the window faced a court yard to a school, so there was a lot of noise from the school children in the daytime (but we were hardly there, but out and exploring the city, so didn't matter). The breakfast was a bit so-so, and the breakfast room very crowded, we had troubles finding a place to sit on the second day. However, I must give credit to the staff at the hotel who were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming, so this was a huge plus for us.

Later I saw other bathroom floors look exactly the same, so I was right, some fault with the tiles they used, cuz two other bathrooms I saw later had other floor tiles with no issues. Also it happen a few times we ask staff to clean room and they forgot it? Sometimes they just come give water or toilet paper and forget water & coffee 🧐 First room I stay in Tv and Netflix worked fine , but room phone dead, next room TVs Netflix out of order as well as room phone dead. A “technician” was sent to room (Zero English) didn’t fix the issues Change room again , the staff then told us that Netflix has not worked for 1-2 years in hotel (despite it did work in first room🤣) Third room also issues with Tv Netflix YouTube “technician” came and had zero as in ZERO English also Zero knowledge how to fix Netflix, did not understand simple word “Log out” he also unable to fix the TV problems. Finally I fixed it my self. More issues: Pool very unkept very green , pool area dirty and spa pool no bobbles? Pool was later cleaned up👏 There were many small ants in room on 10 floor. I asked 3 times for iron and was promised they bring one to my room, it never came so my wife picked it up herself. The two managers I meet Amanda & Ken speaks perfect English and are trying to be very helpful, but their job gets impossible with their poorly or un trained staff. I would recommend you arrange free English classes for general staff if you wanna attract more foreigners. I will publish my final review after checking out😘🧐

What a fabulous location and great welcoming staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nesta Hotel Saigon. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the beds are lovely and soft. All the staff were very attentive, smiling and happy and this made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff went our of their way to be of assistance, We hired the hotel car and driver for a day trip to Vung Tau and it was very affordable and the driver was excellent. Even the General Manager Ken introduced himself and then went beyond the call of duty to make us welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was a definite improvement on the first stay. We were upgraded to an Executive room which was much nice than the first. The room was on the 7th floor, it was light and bright and a lot more room. The pool had been cleaned but was still not totally mould free. Breakfast is nice if you get in early otherwise there is nothing left. They don’t seem to restock it. There is a great variety of choice from western omelette to Vietnamese soup to rice porridge. They do cater well. There are still small things to improve on but a great step up. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to extend our stay till the evening as we had a late flight home. Right near the market if that’s your thing but also close to sights and restaurants.

Just a few steps away from the lively ben thanh market. Wonderful night life surrounded by many cafes, massage places and good food options. There are traffic lights in this area making it easy and safe to cross the streets. But disappointed that the hotel lobby isn't air conditioned and that 1 of the 2 showers in each of the connecting rooms doesn't come with hot water. Only 2 small bottles of water free, it wasn't clear and they charged for the rest :/
