She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.
