這次入住體驗真的拉滿了！個人常年出差，住過多地多家酒店，舍家服務，衞生，佈置真的不像這個價位的房間，尤其是前台一個姓萬的小姐姐服務十分熱情並且有温度，入住非常舒適和放鬆。和圖片一樣的房間格局，風格很好 設計也很精美，酒店剛升級裝修好 德式的設計風格很有特色，酒店位置好，樓下就是繁華地段，吃飯停車也很方便。還有免費的mini bar和精釀啤酒，掛耳咖啡也很不錯，而且服務很到位。第二天早餐也是很有德國風味特色，種類很多，味道也很不錯，總得來説這是一次很棒的入住體驗，下次來還會還會選擇這家酒店。

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters away from the subway entrance and one stop away from the railway station. The lobby of the hotel is very atmospheric. All the hotel staff are very polite. When we checked in, we were given a good location on the floor. The buffet breakfast is not only rich in variety but also The quality of the waiters is very high, the cleaning staff are very careful, and they gave two more bottles of mineral water. This is a very pleasant living experience. The Hilton Hefei Yuanyi is indeed the best among the five-star hotels!

I passed by Hefei after going to Huangshan. I compared several hotels online and felt that this hotel is very cost-effective. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk warmly welcomed me. The room was clean and tidy, and there were fruits provided. The hotel is located in the center of Hefei, opposite a large shopping mall, pedestrian street, and snack street. The transportation is very convenient. When checking out, the two friendly ladies at the front desk, Xiaogu and Xiaokong, also gave us two bottles of water and helped input the license plate into the free parking system. I felt very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at in Hefei this time, and the warm reception from the two ladies at the front desk Like the service! I will stay at this hotel next time I have a chance to come.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.
