服務態度很好， 前台辦理入住的時候還很耐心地介紹了旅遊的路線，計劃從黃山旅遊回來還繼續住這裏房間也很大隔音效果也很好網速也很快，客房大姐也很熱情，酒店離地鐵站和火車站都很近所以出行都很方便，整體性價比不錯

房間乾淨服務也特別好，房間也很寬敞，隔音效果也很好，網速也很快，前台還給我免費升級了房型，前台辦理入住也很快，而且前台小姐姐很貼心特殊時期還讓煮了紅糖水讓客房大姐把紅糖水跟暖寶寶給我送到房間，這樣的服務真的讓我很感動，很值得讓我以後再來合肥成為他家回頭客。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，還有休閑廳，香薰的味道也很好味，前台服務好還額外贈送了我四瓶礦泉水，辦理入住也很快，房間設施齊全，房間還有小盆栽，床很舒適，一整晚都睡得很好，隔音效果也很好，無線網也很給力，出差辦公很方便，火車延遲前台工作人員還幫免費延時退房，很不錯!

酒店口碑一直很好，朋友推薦來它們家位置離高鐵客車站地鐵站距離真的很近出行方便裝修簡約高雅白色床品整體衞生乾淨清爽 前台姐姐服務熱情有求必應。
無可挑剔整個入住過程愉快的且放心，衞生更是乾淨無話可説，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調也多，有一整晚都睡得很安穩
