We had a great weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (but didn't get to try the sauna or steam room). It's in a great area near some good restaurants.

The rooms are large and have bathtubs, disposable bath bags, and bath liquids. It is rare for hotels to provide facial cleansers. I happened to forget to bring facial cleansers. To be honest, they are quite useful. Yes, the housekeeper Xiao Wang is very enthusiastic. Even if I sent a message in the middle of the night after the service time, he replied to my message and upgraded the room type for us. The hotel is on an elevated road. It is actually quite convenient and quiet. Next time I come to Hefei I will also choose this one

As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.
