It is super comfortable and convenient for traveling in the cold and cold Erbin~ The room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My room has very good lighting. It is sunny and I can feel the bright sunshine in the northeast. The waiters at the hotel were very enthusiastic and recommended many delicious and fun places~ This store is great👍👍👍👍👍

Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. He also helped us carry the boxes when we left. The service attitude was really hard to fault! The hotel front desk staff answered all questions and was very enthusiastic when we left. I was also given Russian chocolate, which was a great experience! ! The dessert table covers a long time, and there are all kinds of coffee, desserts and fruits. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are advanced and novel. All aspects of the hotel have been unanimously recognized by family and friends. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to Harbin. Awesome! !

Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. Have breakfast in the hotel's century-old wine cellar. Freshly fried steak and omelettes are the specialties. They taste very good and there are many varieties of breakfast. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

This is the most satisfying hotel for this trip to Erbin. The room is very clean, the bathroom is spacious, and there is a smart toilet. The room is equipped with a hanging ironing machine. Downstairs is a pedestrian street. There are Songlei and Yuanda. It is not far from the central street to take a taxi. I used to live on Central Street for more than 1600 nights. It costs more than a dozen yuan to take a taxi here, and the price is very high. The suggestion is that the toothbrush brush is a bit hard, and it is better to change to a soft hair.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)

The pitch interval is a little bit close, the others are perfect! The soundproofing of the family room is better! The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are complete~ great 👍🏻 The location of the hotel is very good, just on the branch road of Gogol Street, super close to the subway station! There are also many food and shopping malls nearby. The service is very good, because the family room needs to be repaired, I changed a standard room and the room fee is waived. I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.
