房間裏有活的小飛蟲和蟑螂，廁所天花板粘着死掉的蚊子屍體。浴缸旁邊都是發黴的。
房間是大的，但是地毯好臟，沙發也看上去好臟不想觸碰。
工程部師傅蠻好，幫忙修窗户，保安也還好進進出出打招呼，前台的員工就一般般，不是聊天就是癱坐在那邊。公寓和酒店比服務上還是差很多。但撇開服務，衞生還是很大的問題。這個是住宿企業應該提供的基本吧。肯定不會再住這裏了。
唯一好的就是周邊有吃的很方便，離開浙大西溪校區很近。

亞運會期間來杭州，店家給了朝向黃龍體育中心的房間，杭州海關大樓燈光亮起時與體育中心交相輝映。步行至黃龍非常方便，但是距離周邊地鐵站有些距離，需要騎車或者公交。房間極大，活動很自由。配有冰箱甚至餐具，能提供生活感。建議店家可以拿掉一個衣櫃代以洗衣機烘乾機會更好。

房間很大超大，床和廳明顯分開的，空調給力，硬件設施就一般，不算很新也不算很舊，春節期間這個價格，而且挨着浙江大學西溪校區，很ok！順便説下，開車來的絕對要記得前台輸車牌號，一個晚上100停車費喲

非常適合家庭出遊。房間非常大，設施齊全，能做飯，微波爐。有餐桌。書桌，小圓桌，茶几沙發。像家一樣。以後去杭州還住這家。地方也很好找，

最大的缺點，枕頭不舒服，兩個枕頭放在一起睡都是癟的，床品不透氣，睡覺會出汗，開了空調又會悶，掀了被子又會冷。房間配有碗筷，冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐燒一鍋水都燒不開，做飯就不用想了，沒有調料。巾類老舊，剌皮膚生疼。一次性用品沒有配備刮鬍刀，對於男士出來住沒有帶刮鬍刀是不方便的。房間是很大的，燈光控制有點毛病，不是這個燈不能開，就是那個燈就是個擺設（壓根沒有電源插座）。服務呢，可以説基本沒啥好説的。外賣要下樓自取，有梯控，外賣上不去。能忍受這些呢，性價比是還可以的。
