位置很好，前台給免費升級江景房，房間裏直接可以看到錢塘江啊，房間空間很大，辦公很方便，住了一週左右，還可以洗衣服，前台服務也很好，超五星推薦，哈哈哈

小黃鴨親子房也太好看了吧！寶貝特別喜歡星空燈，晚上打開很漂亮。房間裏的小帳篷和滑滑梯都是新的，太幸運了哈哈！
🚗 交通：地鐵出來就到了
🍃環境：在26樓窗户能看到錢塘江，大床是兩米的一家三口都能住的下。
🔔服務：前台的美女態度特別好，在前台辦入住就給寶貝送了驅蚊手環，還有小玩具，寶貝特別開心。

來錢江新城這邊辦事的，太晚了就在攜程定了這家酒店，位置很好找，地鐵出來就到了，附近吃的很多，房間挺大的，裝修比較清爽，我房間在26樓，窗户看出去能看到錢塘江，吃完飯回來看看夜景還不錯！前台美女送的蓮子銀耳羹冰冰涼涼好吃，推薦

酒店還不錯，來杭州出差定了三晚，還給免費升級了，高層環境可，感覺設施還挺齊全的，還有自助洗衣房，和熨燙機，熨燙衣服非常方便，而且服務特別好，進出都會打招呼，前台小妹妹做的銀耳羹也好吃。很贊，推薦。

這次聽jj演唱會訂的酒店，樓下就有地鐵站很近，離東站和大蓮花的距離都是二十分鐘左右，出行特別方便！
房間比較整潔，免費升級了江景房（雖然衹能看到一點點的江），入住還送了點手工的小餅乾很貼心，整體還是比較滿意的。
唯一的吐槽就是設施了，雖然一直有在提醒我們熱水器的問題，但是確實一個洗完就沒熱水了，要等蠻久才可以下一個人洗。還有就是電視機了，雖然大家其實都不怎麼用吧，但是投屏還是很需要的！！！希望未來能夠改進！

特別不好，首先環境特別老舊 房子隔音不好，其實停車場每小時八元衹能進出一次不能隨時出入 特別不方便，再有就是洗手間熱水衹有60度，十幾分鍾用完後要一個多小時才回充滿 下次不會再去
