房間很大，還有個很大的陽台，早餐不錯，還提供夜宵。酒店位置也很好，附近有地鐵，停車場也很大。性價比很高的酒店。

這家酒店讓我失望到可能我以後都不會再住開元系的酒店了，真的不懂一家18年才開業的酒店怎麼會這麼對不起開元這個牌子！
1.四百多的酒店，衞生環境絕對配不上這個價格，我住在17樓，出了電梯就看到地毯上一大片骯臟的白色毛巾攤在地毯上，不知道是什麼污漬，第二天走的時候依然在這裏，公區和房間的地毯都讓我覺得很臟，我是帶朋友在杭州玩的，作為開元旗下額連鎖酒店，這樣的衞生環境真的讓人大跌眼鏡。
2.酒店設施非常老氣，從前台到公區到房間內部，所有的裝修陳列傢俱都好像是用十幾年前酒店的二手淘汰下來的似的，我就不懂一個18年才開業的酒店怎麼會裝修的這麼老氣橫秋？濱江區真不是這樣的精神面貌。
3.服務一般，我用了攜程自帶的升房權益，前台直接沒看到，在我的提醒下才給我辦理升房，一進門竟然看到一張老式的木頭四方桌，我從來沒有在哪家星級酒店裡看到這種陳設，上次看到這種老式四方桌還是在我奶奶家，下樓找前台要求換房，前台好像很無奈，説我們這都是這個裝修。
我很少會給差評，但是這家酒店不管是從設施、衞生、環境、服務各方面都不值這個價格，濱江有眾多優秀的酒店可以選擇，這個酒店完全沒有什麼競爭力，它破壞了我跟朋友在杭州的遊玩體驗，差評！

房間挺大的整體裝修風格還可以。就是淋浴間的花灑一般出水一半不出水。
然後早餐衞生希望能改進拿了一個梨子上面還有泥巴沒洗乾淨。
另外早餐是西餐廳居然沒有刀叉這個有點失望。
