酒店設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機微波爐電磁爐應有盡有，房間擺件佈置很用心，房間乾淨整潔採光不錯，環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好多了。位置優越交通便利，負一直通地鐵站，周邊都是美食。價格在市區中不算貴，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很暖心。入住期間一直耐心服務。停車也很便利，是出行旅遊和出差的好去處。之後來杭州都選擇會住這裏，強烈推薦，好評！！！

七巢酒店服務很好，很貼心，一個電話前台小姐姐秒到。設施很齊全，冰箱，洗衣機，烘乾機都很齊全，樓下吃喝都很方便，負一直通地鐵站和邵逸夫醫院，之後入住都來這裏了。贊！

關於服務：提前一個禮拜預訂了，特意打電話預留了朝銀泰的房間。一個禮拜後辦理入住，到現場告知我房間沒有了。。。説是有人續住了，這是不可控因素他們也沒辦法。。。（應該是騙客的慣用伎倆了）我問她那之前電話裏不是説可以留沒問題的嗎？沒有了也沒有提前給到任何通知。前台女服務員説沒有了就是沒有了，要住補交100才可以給我安排。。。怎麼做到説得那麼理所當然的，抱歉都不説一聲，之前電話的時候怎麼不説一嘴不能確定完全能安排呢？到了之後變成説沒有了就是沒有了，要住補交100才可以給我安排。。。我衹好補交了100塊，不想破壞出遊的心情，當場雖然不悦但沒有宣洩出來。不住另一側是因為他們家不朝銀泰的房間有幸住過一次真的很爛，因為朝向問題陽光不足牆紙和衞生間都是發黴的。。。
關於設備：衞生間毛巾是爛成絲的；吹風機完全不出風，吹風機後面出風口被毛和灰塵堵得死死的，打電話過去很久才送新的吹風機上來；還有門鎖，真的無力吐槽，沒有個兩三次耐心嘗試，是打不開這個年久失修的電子門鎖的。。。房間估計也同時招短租客的，房間裏到處是私人用的便利牆貼，還有租客留下來的各色衣架。。。；廁所的反味也真的也蠻讓人頭痛的🤮🤮
總結：我從18年就開始住501七巢，或許新開那幾年甚至過去幾年都還算高性價比，或者説還能忍受，但現在我真的覺得無論從服務還是設備都應該翻新淘汰了。。。還有我入住的那天那個前台女服務員，你的服務態度一定會加速這個酒店被淘汰的進程的。以後不會再去了。
