房間還行，不是很大！儘管有乾濕分離之説，可是與房間是慣通的！濕氣排在房間裏了！説是帶合園其實就一小園落而己，不值這個價。屋內的電視📺是有問題……

酒店的地理位置不錯，就在湘湖對面，外觀蠻好，衝著哇哈哈這個名字去的,可惜裏面設施陳舊，比較老的裝修，真對不起這價格～

五一來湘湖遊玩入住湘湖娃哈哈酒店，假期房間爆滿，前台橙梓和小孟，1樓打掃的阿姨和餐廳服務員都很親切熱情，送了小孩娃哈哈飲品。1樓陽台的門有點小問題保安大哥大晚上也盡職盡責幫忙修好了真的非常感謝！ 早餐有點簡單了，麪和小餛飩需要點單高峯時候難免混亂期待有所改進。酒店住客在餐廳吃飯滿一定標準可以送湘湖遊船門票，這是自己發現的，希望下次可以主動提醒。下次來湘湖會再入住的。

入住退房都是橙梓，小姑娘特別的熱情，親和，服務特別好，帶着倆孩子入住在娃哈哈，入住的很滿意，家人也很滿意，大陽台，特別舒服！

辦理入住的時候，合院房給我指導去2F，調頭又去了一樓，發現給的房子又是靠走廊的合院很吵。換了一間、打開門，發覺阿姨還在收拾，給我改到二樓合院，院子裏沒有遮陽棚，沒有景觀樹，泡茶的壺裡茶渣都沒倒掉…電視機的接受信號都是壞的…非常無語。敬重宗老，才慕名而來娃哈哈的酒店，沒想到酒店服務安排的如此短顛三倒四…真的需要好好改進吧。

為了看湘湖選了這家。一向對哇哈哈有感情。
不過對酒店管理不咋滴，半夜酒店前台是沒人的，操作也不怎麼熟練
好奇庭院式房間，就選了帶院子的。
不過有點小不習慣。因入庭院就是玻璃門然後直接見床了。早上被周圍的住客吵醒。
整體內部庭院式風景和餐飲包間設計還不錯。

酒店很不錯，在湘湖一帶算是性價比很高的了；地理位置好，出門就是湘湖，隨便拍都拍都很出片。由於是節假日入住房態比較滿，前台橙梓姑娘還給免費升級了房型，免去了等待時間，房間用料都是可以的，比較符合周邊的大環境。
