The hotel is in a good location, just opposite Xianghu Lake. The appearance is pretty good. I went there because of the name Wahaha. Unfortunately, the facilities inside are old and the decoration is relatively old. It's really not worth the price~

I came to Xianghu for a May Day trip and stayed at Xianghu Wahaha Hotel. The rooms were full during the holiday. Chengzi and Xiaomeng at the front desk, the cleaning lady on the first floor and the waiter in the restaurant were all very friendly and enthusiastic. They gave the children Wahaha drinks. There was a small problem with the door of the balcony on the first floor. The security guard also helped to fix it at night. Thank you very much! Breakfast is a bit simple. Noodles and wontons need to be ordered. It is inevitable that there will be chaos during peak hours. I hope there will be improvements. Hotel guests can get Xianghu cruise tickets if they eat at a certain standard in the restaurant. This is what I discovered. I hope you can take the initiative to remind me next time. I will stay here again when I come to Xianghu next time.

I changed to another room and opened the door, and found that the aunt was still cleaning up. She changed me to the courtyard room on the second floor. There was no sunshade in the yard, no landscape trees, and the tea dregs in the teapot were not emptied... The TV reception was broken... I was very speechless. I came to Wahaha Hotel because I respected the elders, but I didn't expect the hotel service arrangement to be so short and messy... It really needs to be improved.

I chose this hotel to see Xianghu Lake. I have always had feelings for Wahaha. However, I am not very good at the hotel management. There was no one at the hotel front desk in the middle of the night, and the operation was not very skilled. I was curious about the courtyard-style room, so I chose one with a courtyard. But I was a little uncomfortable. Because there was a glass door when entering the courtyard and then directly saw the bed. I was woken up by the guests around me in the morning. The overall internal courtyard-style scenery and dining room design are not bad.

The hotel is very good, and it is very cost-effective in the Xianghu area. The location is good, Xianghu is right outside the door, and any photo taken will be very good. Since it was a holiday and the occupancy was relatively full, the girl at the front desk, Cheng Zi, upgraded the room type for free, eliminating the waiting time. The materials used in the room were acceptable and more in line with the surrounding environment.
