你店前台掛着的警告整改牌子很有道理。掛得對掛得好。本來就煩不想寫了，但還是覺得應該給大家避雷⚠️，不要花錢惹氣。
如果不是第二天早上要走，我真想報警了。昧客人的遺失物不是一次兩次了吧，不找就是沒有，找一次也是沒有，要再三追問才能找到一點點。找到的袋子換了，立牌都帶一百多的價簽，少的盲盒外觀沒價格拆盒了且是全袋相對最小的一個東西。好幽默。
1. 丟東西不給找，前後口徑不一致，見人下菜。丟失物品原本都是在同一個袋子裏的，袋子換了，內裏東西少了，酒店死不承認是他們的責任。最開始説房間裏沒有撿到任何東西，在強調很昂貴，重要，是高價穀子之後又找到了一部分（好神奇）。被發現少東西了，又説保潔打掃完就送前台了，沒有動。
2. 服務態度爛，工作人員故意冷處理。店長在店就説下班了，前台晾人，保潔唱紅白臉。跟酒店微信溝通和到店在前台一個多小時也沒有人理，用前台手機在微信羣艾特店長質問才露面，不然就是“聯繫不上”。
3. 酒店管理混亂，最後要顧客埋單，什麼時間誰放的誰去過前台一問三不知。一哭二鬧打感情牌，問題解決沒有一點。溝通效率很低，盲盒稀有款丟了給出的解決方案是給賠一半盲盒錢，商議到最後也是賠一個盲盒本體價。保潔嘟嘟囔囔賭咒。
作為連鎖酒店，管理管理沒有，服務服務冷暴力。我第二天行程要離開杭州，當晚車程一個多小時從西湖區到下沙處理這個事情，謊稱店長“不在店”，“要不你明天再來”。
礙於時間和精力，收到原價盲盒的轉賬已經是晚上十點多，衹好作罷。客人丟鑽戒，你找到鑽戒盒然後説沒動，不知道為什麼沒有了，講得通嗎。另外，我弄丟了不是酒店就能得到了。
中間還夾雜很多莫名其妙的店長問訊，“那個小東西有那麼貴麼？”，“你一定要找回來嗎？”呃不然，來回車費夠兩個普盒了。我還衹是要盲盒價，沒説你去收一個給我，店長甚至衹想給一半的盒錢。一直在自證很不舒服，剛巧這次跟朋友聊天都有拍照記錄狀態。
特別特別生氣在店不給處理，其他還可以説是能力問題，故意晾人工作態度服務態度爛透了。找店長跟找市委書記一樣困難😅
總之避雷避雷避雷⚠️，一點小事鬧成這樣，出現其他問題也是大概率事件。
